본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제 1 도는 본 발명의 왕복동 펌프의 한 실시예를 표시한 횡단평면도이며 단면은 제 2 도의 I - I 선에 따른다.
제 2 도는, 제 1 도의 Ⅱ - Ⅱ 선에 따르는 확대종단정면도.
제 3 도는, 펌프부의 변형예를 표시하는 제 2 도에 상당한 종단정면도.

Claims (3)

  1. 각각 벨로우즈(7) 또는 다이아프램 등의 펌프작용체의 왕복 운동에 의하여 토출행정과 흡입행정을 서로 번갈아 실시하는 펌프부로서, 각각의 토출구(14a …) 및 흡입구(15a …)가 각각 공통된 토출로(14) 및 흡입로(15)에 연통된 복수의 펌프부와, 이들의 펌프부를, 그 토출행정 또는 흡입행정의 개시시기를 차질시켜서 하나의 펌프부가 행정전환시 및 흡입행정으로 있을때에 최소한 다른 하나의 펌프부가 토출행정으로 있도록 구동제어하는 구동제어장치(2) 등을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복동펌프.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 한쌍의 펌프부를 한쪽이 토출공정으로 있을때 다른쪽이 흡입공정으로 되도록 연동연결시켜서 이루어진 복합펌프부가, 복수설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복동펌프.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서, 복합펌프부 상호간에 있어서 토출공정 또는 흡입공정의 개시시기의 차질시간(t)이 복합펌프부에 있어서의 통출공정 또는 흡입공정의 개시점에서 종료점에 이르는 시간(T)을 복합펌프부의 수(N)로 제외한 T/N으로 설정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복동 펌프.
