Claims (19)
- 소수성 액체를 포함하는 연속상, 수용성 양이온 중합체를 포함하는 불연속상, 및 하나 이상의 일반식(Ⅰ) 또는 (Ⅱ)의 알킬 포스페이트와 상기 하나 이상의 알킬 포스페이트와 혼화되는 하나 이상의 다른 계면활성제의 혼합물을 포함하는 전화용 계면활성제 시스템을 포함하는 전화용으로 적합한 양이온 중합체의 유중수 유제.상기식에서, R1은 탄소수 8 내지 18의 포화 또는 불포화 탄화수소 그룹을 나타내고, R2및 R3는 동일하거나 상이 할 수 있으며, 각각 탄소수 8 내지 18의 포화 불포화 탄화수소 그룹을 나타내며, X 및 Y는 동일하거나 상이할 수 있으며, 각각 수소원자, 알칼리 금속, 암모늄 그룹 또는 알칸올아미노 그룹을 나타내고, n1,n2및 n3는 각각 0 또는 1 내지 4의 정수를 나타낸다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 일반식(Ⅰ), 또는 (Ⅱ)의 알킬 포스페이트가 폴리옥시에틸렌 모노스테아릴 포스페이트, 폴리옥시에틸렌 모노올레일 포스페이트, 폴리옥시에틸렌 디스테아릴 포스페이트, 폴리옥시에틸렌 디올레일 포스페이트염, 폴리옥시에틸렌 노닐페닐 에테르 모노포스페이트 및 폴리옥시에틸렌 노닐페닐 에테르 디포스페이트염 중에서 선택되는 유중수 유제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 혼화성 수용성 계면활성제가 알킬아릴설폰산 염, 디알킬설포석신산염, 고급 알콜과 에틸렌 옥사이드의 축합물, 알킬페놀과 에틸렌 옥사이드의 축합물, 고급 지방산 소르비탄 에스테르와 에틸렌 옥사이드의 축합물, 장쇄 지방반 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 에스테르 및 다가 알콜과 고급 지방산의 부분 에스테르 중에서 선택되는 유중수 유제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전화용 계면활성제 시스템이 유제의 총 중량을 기준으로 약 0.3 내지 5중량%의 양으로 존재하며, 혼화성 수용성 계면활성제에 대한 알킬 포스페이트의 비가 중량기준으로 3/97 내지 50/50인 유중수 유제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수용성 양이온 중합체가 디메틸아미노에틸(메트)아크릴레이트, 디에틸아미노에틸(메트)아크릴레이트, 디메틸아미노프로필(메트)아크릴레이트, 디메틸아미노히이드록시프로필(메트)아크릴레이트, 디메틸아미노에틸 아크릴아미드 및 이의 4급 암모늄 염, 및 비닐피리딘으로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택되는 양이온 단량체의 단독중합체인 유중수 유제.
- 제5항에 있어서, 수용성 양이온 중합체가 양이온 단량체와 아크릴아미드 또는 다른 비닐 단량체의 공중합체인 유중수 유제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 양이온 중합체의 분자량이 수만 내지 약 20,000,000인 유중수 유제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 소수성 액체가 액체 탄화수소 또는 치환된 액체 탄화수소인 유중수 유제.
- 제8항에 있어서, 소수성 액체가 할로겐화 탄화수소, 방향족 탄화수소 및 지방족 탄화수소 중에서 선택되는 유중수 유제.
- 제9항에 있어서, 할로겐화 탄화수소가 퍼클로로에틸렌인 유중수 유제.
- 제8항에 있어서, 지방족 또는 방향족 탄화수소가 벤젠, 크실렌, 케로신 및 액체 파라핀으로 이루어지는 그룹 중에서선택되는 유중수 유제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 연속상이 친수성-친유성 비(HLB)가 1 내지 10인 유화 계면활성제를 추가로 포함하는 유중수 유제.
- 제12항에 있어서, HLB가 2 내지 6인 유중수 유제.
- 제12항에 있어서, 유화 계면활성제가 소르비탄 모노올레에이트, 소르비탄 모노스테아레이트, 폴리옥시 에틸렌 소르비탄 모노올레에이트, 폴리옥시에틸렌 올레일 에테르, 폴리옥시에틸렌 노닐페닐에테르, 글리세롤 모노스테아레이트 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어지는 그룹 중에서 선택되는 유중수 유제.
- 제2항에 있어서, 알킬 포스페이트가 폴리옥시에틸렌(n=3) 모노스테아릴 포스페이트 나트륨염 및 폴리 옥시에틸렌(n=2) 모노올레일 포스페이트 칼륨염으로 이루어지는 그룹 중에서 선택되는 유중수 유제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유제중의 불연속상의 비율이 약 50 내지 90중량%인 유중수 유제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유제중의 중합체의 양이 약 15 내지 80중량%인 유중수 유제.
- 제4항에 있어서, 전화용 계면활성제 시스템이 0.5 내지 4중량%의 양으로 존재하는 유중수 유제.
- 제4항에 있어서, 혼화성 수용성 계면활성제에 대한 알킬 포스페이트의 비가 중량기준으로 5/95 내지 40/60인 유중수 유제.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
