Claims (5)

  1. 전자비임으로 형광체를 발광시켜서 화상표시를 행하는 표시장치로서 음극과, 상기음극에 접합하여 진공용기를 형성하는 배면용기와, 상기음극 위의 상기 진공용기내에 배설된 형광체와 상기 진공용기의 내부에, 전자방출을 행하는 선형상 음극전극과 전자비임 제어전극과, 상기 선형상 음극전극을 당접 유지하는 선형항 음극전극위치 규제부재와, 적어도 상기 선형상 음극전극와 상기 선형상 음극전극위치 구제부재를 소정의 만고가형상으로 유지하는 만곡기판과, 상기 만곡기판을 음극에 대향해서 고정하는 고정수단을 구비하고, 상기 만곡기판의 상기 선형상 음극전극 가장쪽의 반대면에는 만곡방향 및 그와 직교하는 방향에 격자형상으로 보강부재를 배설하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.
  2. 전자비임으로 형광체를 발광시켜서 화상표시를 행하는 표시장치에 있어서, 음극과 상기 음극에 접합하여 진공용기를 형성하는 배면용기와, 상기 음극위의 상기 진공용기내에 배설된 형광체와, 상기 진공용기의 내부에 전자방출을 행하는 선형상 음극전극과 전자비임 제어전극과, 상기 선형상 음극전극을 당점 유지하는 선형상 음극전극위치 규제부재와, 적어도 상기 선형상 음극전극과 상기 선형상 음극전극위치 규제부재를 소정의 만곡형상으로 유지하는 만곡기판과, 상기 만곡기판을 음극에 대향해서 고정하는 고정수단을 구비하고, 상기 만곡기판의 상기 선형상 음극전극 가장쪽의 반대면에는 만곡방향 및 그와 직교하는 방향에 격자형상으로 또한 서로를 독립 분리시킨 구성으로 보강부재를 배설한 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.
  3. 제1항, 제2항에 있어서, 상기 보강부재와 상기 만곡기판과는 접합부재를 개재해서 복수장소에서 접합하고, 상기 접합부재는 적어도 상기 만곡기판 및 상기 보강부재 각각에 당접하는 두 면을 가지는 동시에 그 두 면이 이루는 각도가 약간 탄성적으로 변화할 수 있는 구성이고, 또한 상기 접합부재의 배설은 상기 보강부재에 대해서 동일 방향으로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 보강부재중 만곡방향에 대해서 직교하는 방향으로 배설한 보강부재는, 만곡방향으로 배설한 보강부재 사이에서 분리한 구성인 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.
  5. 소망의 만곡형상으로 형성한 기준면에 평판을 다르게 하는 공정과 그 만곡된 평판에 만곡방향 및 그와 직교하는 방향으로 격자 형상 보강부재를 서로 독립시킨 상태에서 접합하는 공정을 포함한 블록형상 만곡기판의 제조방법.
