Claims (19)
- 백금계에 속하지 않는 하나 이상의 활성 원소를 담체의 소정의 폭의 외면 고리상에 균질 농도로 침착시킴을 특징으로하는, 촉매적 활성 원소가 침착되어 있는 다공성 물질을 형태화함을써 수득된 담체를 함유하는 유형의 지지촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 담체의 외면 고리의 폭이 일정함을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 다공성 물질이 활성 표면 부위를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제1항, 2항 또는 3항에 있어서, 다공성 물질이 산성, 염기성 또는 양쪽성 특성을 가진 무기 산화물임을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 다공성 물질이 알루미나, 실리카, 티타늄 산화물, 지르코늄 산화물, 세륨 산화물 또는 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제1항 내지 5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 담체의 외면 고리에 함침된 활성 원소가 세륨임을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제1항 내지 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 담체의 전체 표면에 걸쳐 함침된, 촉매적 활성원소를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제1항 내지 7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 활성원소인 세륨에 상응하는 폭과 동일 또는 상이한 폭을 가진 담체외 외면고리상에 함침되는 백금계의 촉매적 활성원소를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제7항 또는 8항에 있어서, 촉진 원소를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제1항 내지 9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 외면 고리 이외의 담체중의 세륨 원소의 농도가 0임을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 다공성 물질의 담체를 침착되는 원소 화합물의 용액으로 함침시키고, 함침된 담체를 건조시킨 다음 이것을 열처리하여 재활성시키는 것으로 구성되고 상기 담체의 외면 고리에 침착되는 활성 원소의 함침이 상기 원소 화합물의 콜로이드 용액을 사용한 함침에 의해 실행됨을 특징으로 하는 제1 내지 10항중 어느 한 항에 따른 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 화합물이 수산화물, 수산화 질산염임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제10항 또는 11항에 있어서, 콜로이드 용액의 입자가 담체를 형성하는 다공성 물질에 있는 미세공극의 치수보다 더 작은 치수를 가짐을 특징으로하는 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 콜로이드 용액의 입자의 치수가 1000Å 이하임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 콜로이드 용액의 입자의 치수가 100Å 미만임을 특징으로 하는방법.
- 제10항 내지 15항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 콜로이드 용액이 세륨 수산화물 또는 세륨 히드록시니트레이트의 콜로이드 용액임을 특징으로하는 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 알루미나와 같은 양쪽성 특성을 가진 다공성 물질을 위한 세륨 산화물의 콜로이드 용액이 pH 0.2~2임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제16항 또는 17항에 있어서, 콜로이드 함침용액중의 세륨 산화물의 농도가 20~400g/ℓ임을 특징으로하는 방법.
- 알루미나 기재 담체 및 철 세륨 또는 귀금속과 같은 촉매적 활성 원소를 함유하는 유형이고, 제10항 내지 19항중 어느 한 항에 기술된 방식에 의해 세륨을 담체의 외면 고리에 침착시킴을 특징으로 하는, 내연기관으로 부터의 배기 가스 처리용촉매.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
