제3도는 제2도에서 도시된 필터플래이트를 위에서 본 평면도.

Claims (13)

  1. 다수의 입구 및 출구유로(inlet and ourlet channels)를 가지고, 내연기관의 배기체로 부터 유체 또는 가스상의 매체, 그중에서도 특히 유해성분으로부터 불순물이나 오염물질을 분리제거하기 위한 필터에 있어서, 상기 필터의 입구유로는 반응스페이스(reaction space)를 형성하는 필터벽에 의하여 출구유로로부터 분리되며, 상기 필터체는 다수의 압축 주조되고 내고온성을 가진 상호 가급적 횡으로 평행되게 배열된 필터플레이트(filter plate)로 구성되어, 이들 필터플레이트 사이에서 다수의 유로(flow channel) 형성하며, 이에 따라 이들 유로는 각기 일단면에서는 입구 및/또는 출구의 형성을 위해 개방되고, 다른 반대편 타단면에서는 닫혀지며, 필터플레이트의 벽을 통해 배기체를 배기시키기 이하여 전면 또는 단면에서 인접된 필터플래이트를 교호로 닫도록 하며, 이들은 소결판 전체의 길이 또는 폭을 넘어 뻗는 동자형의 부재(stirrup parts)를 봉합판이 단단이 조여 둘러싸도록 하여서 된 필터 (filter).
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 필터플레이트는 소결판(sintered plates)으로 설계되는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 등자형의 부재(stirrup parts)는 내 고온성합금 성분을 가진 재료나 또는 내고온성 재료로 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 동자형의 부재는 촉매적인 역할을 하는 구성품 (catalytically acting components)으로 피복되거나 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 등자형의 부재는 Uㅡ 형의 굴곡된 주조부재(Uㅡshaped bent moulded parts)로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 행위.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 필터플레이트는 서로 반대되는 등자형(opposing stirrup parts)의 부재 사이의 측면(sides)에서 씰링플레이트(sealing plates)에 의해 둘러싸여 봉해지도록 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 등자형의 부재는 측면 씰링 플레이트(lateral sealing plates)에 연결되도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 필터.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다른 필터플레이트 위로 압축되는 다수의 필터플레이트상에 닫이 덮개가 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 닫이덮개는 측면 씰링플래이트에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 씰링플래이트는 안쪽으로 향하는 각도는 가진 각편 (angled pieces)을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터.
  11. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 필터플래이트는 플로우하우징내에 정렬되고, 이에 따라 닫이덮개는 이 플로우하우징에 연결되도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 필터.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 필터플래이트는 반대편 등자형의 부재 사이에서 측면으로 씰링 립(sealing lips)으로 주어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 씰링립은 필터플래이트에서 스탭형의 쇼울더 (stepㅡshaped shoulder)에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터.
