Claims (2)

  1. 박벽 플라스틱 쉘을 성형하는 장치(40)에 있어서, 주형면(48)을 포함하는 주형 상자(42)와 내부 챔버 및 상기 내부 챔버를 적어도 두개의 섹션(56, 58)들로 분리하는 제1분리수단(54)과; 상기 주형상자(42)에 제거가능하게 장착되어 있고, 상기 주형상자(42) 및 상기 분말 상자(52)에 연결될때 상기 주형상자(42)와 상기 분말 상자(52) 사이의 밀봉을 수행하는 외주 방향 밀봉 수단(62), 상기 분말 상자(52)의 상기 두개의 섹션들과 이어지는 두개의 챔버들로 상기 주형면을 분리하기 위하여 상기 제1분리 수단(54)과 연결될 수 잇는 제2분리수단(64) 및 상기 제2분리수단(64)과 상기 주형면(48) 사이의 밀봉을 수행하는 주형면 밀봉수단(66)을 포함하는 캐리어 골조(60)를 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 박벽 플라스틱 쉘 성형장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1분리수단은 두개의 상기 섹션(56, 58)들로 상기 챔버들을 분리하는 상기 챔버내의 제1분리벽(54)을 포함하고, 상기 제1분리벽(54)은 길이 방향을 따라 채널(68)을 한정하는 단부 부분을 포함하고, 상기 제2분리수단964)은 상기 캐리어 골조(60)에 의해 지지된 제2분리벽(64)을 포함하고, 상기 제2분리벽은 상기 주형 상자(42) 및 캐리어골조(60)에 연결될 때 상기 채널(68)에 제거가능하게 그리고 밀봉식으로 위치되는 에지부분(70)으로 포함함으로써, 두개의 쳬쇄된 내부챔버(56, 58)를 포함하는 상기 성형장치(40)를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 박벽 플라스틱 쉘 성형장치.
