Claims (18)

  1. 약리적으로 허용되는 수성 담체중에 치료적 유효량의 트리티노인을 함유하는 안정한 유화 트리티노인 수성 크림제제에 있어서, 그 개선점이 유제의 파괴를 방지하기 위해 제제중에 아크릴산 폴리머 약 0.01 내지 약 5중량%를 안정화제로서 함유하는 것에 있는 것이 특징인 제제.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 아크릴산 폴리머가 펜타에리드리톨의 알릴에테르 또는 수크로오스의 알릴 에테르와 교차결합된 다음의 구조를 반복단위로 갖는 것이 특징인 조제.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 트리티노인 약 0.005-0.5중량%; 유화제 약 1-15중량%; 소수성 물질 약 5-50중량%; 방부제 약 0.05-3중량%; 및 항산화제 약 0.01-1중량%를 함유하는 것이 특징인 제제.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 소수성 물질이 12-20개의 탄소원자를 갖는 지방산, 그의 지방산 부분이 6-20개의 탄소원자를 갖는 지방산 에스테르, 12-20개의 탄소원자를 갖는 지방성 알코올, 코코아 버터, 미네랄 오일, 페트롤라튬, 밀랍, 백랍, 탄화수소랍, 정액랍 및 실리콘오일 중에서 선택되는 것이 특징인 제제.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 아크릴산 폴리머가 다음 구조를 갖는 아크릴산 및 알킬 메티크릴레이트 장쇄의 반복단위를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 제제.
    상기식중 R은 펜타에리드리톨의 알릴 에테르 또는 수크로오스의 알릴 에테르와 교차결합된 10-30개의 탄소원자를 갖는 알킬기 또는 알케닐기임.
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 유화제가 비이온성 유화제인 것이 특징인 제제.
  7. 제4항에 있어서, 지방산 에스테르가 디부틸 아디페이트, 디이소프로필 아디페이트 및 기타 아디프산 에스테르 중에서 선택된 것이 특징인 제제.
  8. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 아크릴산 폴리머가 분자량 약 450,000-4,000,000인 것이 특징인 제제.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 아크릴산 폴리머가 분자량 약 3,000,000인 것이 특징인 제제.
  10. 제6항에 있어서, 유화제가 폴리옥시에틸렌-2-스테아릴 에테르, 폴리에틸렌, 글리콜-23-라우릴에테르, 폴리옥시에틸렌-21-스테아릴 에테르, 폴리옥시에틸렌-4-라우릴 에테르, 폴리에틸렌 글리콜-6-세테릴 에테르, 폴리에틸렌 글리콜-25-세테릴에테르, 소르비탄 모노스테아레이트, 폴리에틸렌-20-소르비탄 모노스테아레이트 및 그의 혼합물 중에서 선택되는 것이 특징인 제제.
  11. 제3항에 있어서, 방부제가 디아졸리디닐 우레아, 벤질 알코올, 메틸 파라벤, 프로필 파라벤, DMDM히단토인, 메틸 이소티아졸리논, 메틸 클로로이소티아졸리논 및 그의 혼합물 중에서 선태되는 것이 특징인 제제.
  12. 제3항에 있어서, 항산화제가 부틸화 히드록시아니솔, 부틸화 히드록시톨루엔, 토코페롤, 프로필 갈레이트, 및 그의 혼합물 중에서 선택되는 것이 특징인 제제.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 트리티노인을 약 0.005-0.5중량% 함유하는 것이 특징인 제제.
  14. 제2항에 있어서, 트리티노인을 약 0.005-0.5중량% 함유하는 것이 특징인 제제.
  15. 제3항에 있어서, 트리티노인을 약 0.005-0.5중량% 함유하는 것이 특징인 제제.
  16. 제4항에 있어서, 트리티노인을 약 0.005-0.5중량% 함유하는 것이 특징인 제제.
  17. 트리티노인 0.1중량부, 페트롤라튬 6.0중량부, 디메틸 폴리실록산 1.0중량부, 세틸 알코올 1.6중량부, 폴리옥시에틸렌-23-라우릴 에테르 0.5중량부, 부틸화 히드록시톨루엔 0.05중량부, 부틸화 히드록시아니솔 0.05중량부, 폴리옥시에틸렌-2-스테아릴 에테르 2.5중량부, 코코아 버터 8.0중량부, 디부틸 아디페이트 10.0중량부, 글리세린 5.0중량부, 분자량이 약 3,000,000이고 수크로오스의 알릴 에테르에 교차결합된 다음 구조를 반복단위로 갖는 아크릴산 폴리머 0.25중량부,
    마그네슘 알루미늄 실리케이트 0.30중량부, 메틸클로로이소티아졸리논과 메틸이소티아졸리논의 혼합물 0.05중량부, 디아졸리디닐 우레아 0.20중량부, 수산화나트륨 0.07중량부, 에틸렌 디아민테트라아세트산 이나트륨 0.05중량부, 및 정제수 64.28중량부를 함유하는 것이 특징인 안정화 유화 트리티노인 크림제제.
  18. 트리티노인 0.05중량부, 페트톨라튬 6.0중량부, 디메틸폴리실록산 1.0중량부, 세틸 알코올 1.6중량부, 폴리옥시에틸렌-23-라우릴 에테르 0.5중량부, 부틸화 히드록시톨루엔 0.05중량부, 부틸화 히드록시아니솔 0.05중량부, 폴리옥시에틸렌-2-스테아릴 에테르 2.5중량부, 코코아 버터 8.0중량부, 디부틸 아디페이트 10.0중량부, 글리세린 5.0중량부, 분자량이 약 3,000,000이고, 수크로오스의 알릴에테르와 교차결합된, 다음 구조를 반복단위로서 함유하는 아크릴산 폴리머 0.25중량부,
