Claims (6)

  1. 다음 일반식(I)화합물의 치료학적으로 효과적인 양을 갖는 조성물을 눈에 투여하는 것으로 구성되는 안내압을 낮추는 방법.
    이식에서 R1은 1 내지 7개 탄소원자의 아실기이고, R2는 -OH 이거나, R3가 1 내지 6 개 탄소원자의 저급알킬인 -OR3이거나 X+가 약제학적으로 허용 가능한 양이온인 -O-X+이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, R1이 2-4탄소원자를 갖는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, R1이 아세틸이고 R2가 OH 이며, 화합물(5Z, 9α, 13E, 15S)-9,11-15-트리아세톡시프로스타-5,13-디에논산인 방법.
  4. 다음 일반식(I)의 화합물로 구성되는 안내압을 낮추는데 유용한 눈조성물.
    상기식에서, R1은 1내지 7개의 탄소원자의 아실기이고, R2은 -OH 이거나, R3가 1내지 6개 탄소원자의 저급알킬인 OR3이거나 X+가 약제학적으로 허용되는 양이온 단독이거나 약제학적으로 허용되는 부형제와 혼합한 -O-X+이다.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, R1이 2-4탄소원자들을 갖는 조성물.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, R1이 아세틸이고, R2가 OH 이며 화합물이 (5Z,9α,13E, 15S)-9,11,15-트리아세톡시 프로스타-5,13-디에논산인 조성물.
