Claims (2)

  1. 광전변환소자와 상기 광전변환소자의 출력신호를 차례로 독출하는 판독회로와 상기 광전변환소자를 기준으로 하는 전위로 리셋트하는 방전회로가 각각 복수개 포함되는 반도체 장치로서, 상기 판독회로가 상기 광전변환소자의 출력신호를 모두 독출한 후에 상기 방전회로가 구동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 수광장치.
