Claims (2)

  1. 광에미터에서 섀도우 마스크를 통과한 빛의 양이 광리시버에 의해 전기적 신호로 측정되며 출력신호는 A/D변환되어 페센테지로 환산해서 디스플레이되는 섀도우 마스크의 광투과율 검사장치에 있어서, 섀도우 마스크 1면 불량 및 2면 불량의 검출을 위한 투과광 및 반사광을 이용한 영상취득 부위와 섀도우 마스크공의 주기적인 배열을 이용한 검사를 위한 라인 영상 픽셀(Pixel) 간격이 섀도우 마스크 공 피치(Pitch)의 정수배가 되어 개별공의 불량이 검출될 수 있도록 라인 CCD카메라의 배율을 조정하는 부위와, 개별공의 불량을 유한 임펄스응답(F.I.R) 디지털 필터링(filtering)과 컬스터링(clustering)으로서 검출하는 부위로 구성된 영상처리를 이용한 섀도우 마스크 자동 검사장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 섀도우 마스크 공의 주기적인 배열을 이용한 검사를 유한임펄스응답(F.I.R) 디지털 필터링(filtering) 출력을 이용하여 공간격의 정수배가 되도록 배율이 자동조정되는 방법.
