제2도 (a)는 제1도의 전지에 사용된 전지용기를 도시한 종단면도, 제2도 (b)는 제1도의 전지에 사용된 전지용기의 바닥면을 도시한 도면,
제3도 내지 제5도는 각각 본 발명의 무기비수 전해액 전지의 다른 실시예를 도시한 종단면도,
제6도 (a)∼(d)는 전지용기의 바닥부분에 방폭용의 얇은 두께부를 마련하는데 형성하는 홈의 평면형상을 도시한 것으로서, 상단은 각각의 전지용지의 개략적인 정면도, 하단은 그들의 개략적인 저면도.
Claims (8)
- 바닥부분에 방폭용 얇은 두께부를 갖고 있는 원통형의 전지용기(1), 몸체(8), 정극단자(10) 및 상기 몸체와 정극단자 사이를 절연시키는 절연층(9)를 갖고, 상기 몸체의 바깥둘레가 상기 전지용기(1)의 열린구멍 끝부분과 접합되어 있는 전지 뚜껑(7), 상기 전지용기의 내측에 위치하고, 알칼리 금속으로 되는 부극(2), 상기 부극의 내측에 위치하고, 탄소다공질성형체로 되는 정극(3), 상기 부극과 정극 사이에 위치하는 격리판(4), 상기 전지용기의 바닥부(la)와 정극 사이에 위치하는 바닥부 절연체(11) 및 전해질 및 상온에서 액체이며, 또 정극활성 물질과 전해액의 용매로서 작용하는 옥시할로겐 화물을 갖는 전해액(5)를 포함하고, 상기 격리판(4)와 바닥부 절연체(11)의 각각은 에틸렌-테트라플루오로 에틸렌 공중합체의 미공성막 또는 에틸렌-테트라플루오로 에틸렌 공중합체의 미공성막과 유리섬유 부직포로 되는 무기비수 전해액 전지
- 특허청구의 범위 제1항에 있어서, 상기 에틸렌-테트라플루오로 에틸렌 공중합체의 미공성막은 40 내지 80용량%의 반구멍률을 갖는 무기비수 전해액 전지.
- 특허청구의 범위 제2항에 있어서 상기 에틸렌-테트라플루오로 에틸렌 공중합체의 미공성막은 40 내지 60용량%의 빈구멍률을 갖는 무기비수 전해액 전지.
- 특허청구의 범위 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유리섬유 부직포는 50 내지 95용량%의 빈구멍률을 갖는 무기비수 전해액 전지.
- 특허청구의 범위 제4항에 있어서, 상기 유리섬유 부직포는 75 내지 95용량%의 빈구멍률을 갖는 무기비수 전해액 전지.
- 특허청구의 범위 제1항에 있어서, 상기 옥시할로겐 화물은 적어도 염화티오닐, 염화술푸릴 및 염화 포스포릴중에서 어느 하나가 선택되는 무기비수 전해액 전지.
- 특허청구의 범위 제1항에 있어서, 상기 알칼리 금속은 리튬, 나트륨 및 칼륨중에서 어느 하나가 선택되는 무기비수 전해액 전지.
- 특허청구의 범위 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전해액의 전해질은 LiAlCl₄, LiAlBr₄. LiCaCl₄ 및 LiB10Cl10중에서 어느 하나가 선택되는 무기비수 전해액 전지.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
