Claims (29)
- 투명수지기판의 적어도 편면상에 기록층을 갖는 2매의 디스크기판이 접착조성물에 의해서 접착된 정보기록매체이며, 상기 접착조성물이 (A)α-올레핀중합체, (B)에틸렌/(메트)아크릴레이트 공중합체 (C)스티렌중합체 및 (D)점착제, 단, 상기 (A)~(D)성분중, 적어도 한성분은 불포화 카본산 또는 그 유도체에 의해서 변성된 것을 특징으로하는 정보 기록매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 점착제가 지방족 환화 수지인 정보기록매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, α-올레핀중합체(A)가 탄소수 2~20의 α-올레핀의 단독중합체 또는 공중합체인 정보기록매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, α-올레핀중합체(A)가 에틸렌/프로필렌 공중합체, 프로필렌중합체 및 이소부틸렌의 중합체로 된 군에서 선택된 것인 정보기록매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, α-올레핀중합체(A)가 에틸렌/프로필렌 공중합체, 프로필렌중합체 및 이소부틸렌의 중합체의 혼합물인 정보기록매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 에틸렌/(메트)아크릴레이트가 에틸렌/에틸아크릴레이트인 정보기록매체.
- 제4항에 있어서, 에틸렌/프로필렌 공중합체가 에틸렌 중합단위를 5~80중량% 함유하는 것인 정보기록매체.
- 제4항에 있어서, 프로필렌의 중합체가 프로필렌의 단독중합체 또는 프로필렌과 탄소수 4~20의 α-올레핀의 공중매체인 정보기록매체.
- 제4항에 있어서, 이소부틸렌의 중합체가 이소부틸렌의 단독중합체 또는 이소부틸렌과 에틸렌의 공중합체인 정보기록매체.
- 제6항에 있어서, 에틸렌/에틸아크릴레이트 공중합체가 에틸아크릴레이트 중합단위를 1~50중량% 함유하는 것인 정보기록매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 스티렌중합체(c)가 폴리스티렌, 스티렌/부타디엔/스티렌공중합체 및 그 수첨물, 스티렌/아크릴로니트릴 공중합체, 스티렌/α-메틸스티렌 공중합체, 스티렌/무수말레인산 공중합체, 스티렌/메타크릴산 메틸공중합체, 스티렌/N-페닐말레이미드 공중합체, 스티렌/α-메틸스티렌/아크릴로니트릴 공중합체, 스티렌/아크릴로니트릴/메타아크릴산메틸공중합체, 스티렌/무수말레인산/아크릴로니트릴 공중합체 및 이들 중합체와 고무상 탄성체와의 블렌드물로 된 군에서 선택한 것인 정보기록매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 점착제(D)가 로진 및 그 유도체, 테프펜계 수지, 시클로펜타디엔 중합체, 디시클로펜타디엔 중합체 및 석유수지로 된 군에서 선택한 것인 정보기록매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 불포화 카본산 또는 그 유도체에 의해서 변성된 성분이 α-올레핀 중합체(A)인 정보기록매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 투명수지기판이 하기식(I)여기서, R1-R8은 동일하거나 상이하며, 각각 수소원자, 할로겐원자 또는 탄화수소기이고, R9-R12은 동일하거나 상이하며, 각각 수소원자, 할로겐원자 또는 탄화수소기 또는 R9과 R10또는 R11과 R12는 결합하여 2가의 탄화수소기 또는 R9또는 R10과 또는 R12는 서로 결합하여 환을 형성하여도 좋다. 또 n은 0 또는 정의 정수이다. 단, n가 2이상의 정수인 경우에는, 복수의 R5, 복수의 R6, 복수의 R7또는 복수의 R8은 동일하거나 상이하여도 좋다. 로 표시되는 환상올레핀과 에틸렌의 공중합체로 된 것인 정보기록매체.
- 제14항에 있어서, 공중합체의 135℃인 데카린중에서 측정한 극한점도(n)가 0.01~10㎗/g의 범위인 정보기록매체.
- 제14항에 있어서, 공중합체의 연화온도가 70℃이상인 정보기록매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 접착조성물이 α-올레핀중합체 (A)1~80중량%, 에틸렌/(메트)아크릴레이트 중합체(B)1~30중량%, 스티렌중합체 (C)1~30중량% 및 점착제 (D)30~95중량%로 된 것인 정보기록매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 정보기록매체가 광학적기록매체인 정보기록매체.
- (A)α-올레핀중합체, (B)에틸렌/(메트)아크릴레이트 공중합체, (C)스티렌중합체 및 (D)점착제, 단, 상기 (A)~(D)성분중, 적어도 한성분은 불포화 카본산 또는 그 유도체에 의해서 변성된 것임. 로 된 접착조성물.
- (A)α-올레핀중합체, (B)에틸렌/(메트)아크릴레이트 공중합체, (C)스티렌중합체 및 (D)점착제, 단, 상기 (A)~(D)성분중, 적어도 한성분은 불포화 카본산 또는 그 유도체에 의해서 변성된 것임. 로 된 접착조성물의 정보기록매체 제조에 사용하는 용도.
- 제20항에 있어서, 점착제가 지방족 환화 수지인 접착조성물의 정보기록매체 제조에 사용하는 용도.
- 제20항에 있어서, 에틸렌/메트아크릴레이트 공중합체가 에틸렌/에틸아크릴레이트인 접착조성물의 정보기록매체 제조에 사용하는 용도.
- 투명수지기판의 적어도 편면상에 기록층을 가진 2매의 디스크기판이 접착조성물에 의해서 접착된 정보기록매체이며, 상기 접착조성물이 (A)α-올레핀중합체, (C)스티렌중합체, (D)점착제 및 (E)필러 미립자로 된 정보기록매체.
- 제23항에 있어서, α-올레핀중합체(A)가 불포화 카본산 또는 그 유도체에 의해서 변성된 α-올레핀의 단독중합체 또는 공중합체인 정보기록매체.
- 제23항에 있어서, α-올레핀중합체(A)가 에틸렌/프로필렌 공중합체, 프로필렌중합체 및 이소부틸렌의 혼합물인 정보기록매체.
- 제23항에 있어서, 필러 미립자(E)가 입경 100μ㎝이하의 유기 또는 무기질의 미립자인 정보기록매체.
- 제23항에 있어서, 점착제조성물이 α-올레핀중합체(A) 1~80중량%, 스티렌중합체(C) 1~80중량%, 점착제(D) 30~95중량% 및 필터미립자(E) 1~50중량%인 정보기록매체.
- (A)α-올레핀중합체, (C)스티렌중합체, (D)점착제 및 (E)필터미립자로 된 정보기록매체용 접착조성물.
