Claims (6)

  1. 폴리프로필렌층 양면의 한 면에는 폴리프로필렌층, 다른 한 면에는 폴릴에틸렌층을 갖는 3층구조의 1이상의 복합 합성 수지필름으로 부터 얻어지는 스플리트섬유에서, 상기 폴리프로필렌층은 용융유속이 0.5~10g/10분인 폴리프로필렌 70~95중량%와 밀도가 0.93~0.96g/㎤인 폴리에틸렌 30~5중량%로 된 혼합물로 구성되고, 상기 폴리에틸렌층은 밀도가 0.93~0.95g/㎤이고, 용융유속이 13g/10분 이상인 폴리에틸렌으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 스플리트 섬유.
  2. 제1항의 스플리트섬유로 부터 또는 상기 스플리트섬유와 식물성섬유 소재의 혼합물로 부터 제조되는 것이 특징인 스플리트섬유 집합체.
  3. 제2항에서, 식물성 섬유소재외의 다른 섬유소재들과 흡수성중합체들로 이루어지는 그룹에서 선택된 1이상의 첨가제를 더 포함하는 것이 특징인 스플리트 섬유 집합체.
  4. 폴리프로필렌층의 양면의 한 면에는 폴리프로필렌층, 다른 한 면에는 폴리에틸렌층을 갖는 3층구조의 복합합성수지필름을 슬리팅 및 연신하여 연신테이프를 형성한후, 이 연신테이프를 스플리트섬유로 섬유화하는 스플리트 섬유 제조방법에서, 상기 폴리프로필렌층은 용융유속이 0.5~10g/10분인 폴리프로필렌 70~95중량%와, 밀도가 0.93~0.96g/㎤인 폴리에틸렌 30~5중량%로 구성된 혼합물로 되있고, 상기 폴리에틸렌층은 밀도가 0.93~0.96g/㎤이고 용융유속이 13g/10분 이상인 폴리에틸렌으로 된 것이 특징인 스플리트섬유의 제조방법.
  5. 제4항에서 정의된 바와같이 폴리프로필렌층의 양면의 한면에는 폴리프로필렌층, 다른 면에는 폴리에틸렌층을 갖는 3층구조의 복합 합성수지필름을 슬리팅 및 연신하여 연신테이프를 형성하고, 이 연신테이프를 스플리트 섬유로 섬유화하고, 얻어진 스플리트 섬유들을 단독으로 또는 식물성 섬유소재와 혼합하고, 그리고 이 혼합물을 상기 폴리에틸렌과 폴리프로필렌의 융점사이의 온도에서 가열하여 상기 스플리트섬유들을 서로 또는 상기 식물성 섬유소재와 결합시킴을 특징으로 하는 스플리트섬유 집합체의 제조방법.
  6. 제5항에서, 상기 혼합공정에서, 상기 식물성 섬유소재 이외의 섬유소재들과 흡수성 중합체들로 이루어지는 그룹에서 선택된 l이상의 첨가제를 상기 스플리트 섬유에 첨가하는 것이 특징인 스플리트섬유 집합체의 제조방법.
