Claims (6)
- 폴리프로필렌층 양면의 한 면에는 폴리프로필렌층, 다른 한 면에는 폴릴에틸렌층을 갖는 3층구조의 1이상의 복합 합성 수지필름으로 부터 얻어지는 스플리트섬유에서, 상기 폴리프로필렌층은 용융유속이 0.5~10g/10분인 폴리프로필렌 70~95중량%와 밀도가 0.93~0.96g/㎤인 폴리에틸렌 30~5중량%로 된 혼합물로 구성되고, 상기 폴리에틸렌층은 밀도가 0.93~0.95g/㎤이고, 용융유속이 13g/10분 이상인 폴리에틸렌으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 스플리트 섬유.
- 제1항의 스플리트섬유로 부터 또는 상기 스플리트섬유와 식물성섬유 소재의 혼합물로 부터 제조되는 것이 특징인 스플리트섬유 집합체.
- 제2항에서, 식물성 섬유소재외의 다른 섬유소재들과 흡수성중합체들로 이루어지는 그룹에서 선택된 1이상의 첨가제를 더 포함하는 것이 특징인 스플리트 섬유 집합체.
- 폴리프로필렌층의 양면의 한 면에는 폴리프로필렌층, 다른 한 면에는 폴리에틸렌층을 갖는 3층구조의 복합합성수지필름을 슬리팅 및 연신하여 연신테이프를 형성한후, 이 연신테이프를 스플리트섬유로 섬유화하는 스플리트 섬유 제조방법에서, 상기 폴리프로필렌층은 용융유속이 0.5~10g/10분인 폴리프로필렌 70~95중량%와, 밀도가 0.93~0.96g/㎤인 폴리에틸렌 30~5중량%로 구성된 혼합물로 되있고, 상기 폴리에틸렌층은 밀도가 0.93~0.96g/㎤이고 용융유속이 13g/10분 이상인 폴리에틸렌으로 된 것이 특징인 스플리트섬유의 제조방법.
- 제4항에서 정의된 바와같이 폴리프로필렌층의 양면의 한면에는 폴리프로필렌층, 다른 면에는 폴리에틸렌층을 갖는 3층구조의 복합 합성수지필름을 슬리팅 및 연신하여 연신테이프를 형성하고, 이 연신테이프를 스플리트 섬유로 섬유화하고, 얻어진 스플리트 섬유들을 단독으로 또는 식물성 섬유소재와 혼합하고, 그리고 이 혼합물을 상기 폴리에틸렌과 폴리프로필렌의 융점사이의 온도에서 가열하여 상기 스플리트섬유들을 서로 또는 상기 식물성 섬유소재와 결합시킴을 특징으로 하는 스플리트섬유 집합체의 제조방법.
- 제5항에서, 상기 혼합공정에서, 상기 식물성 섬유소재 이외의 섬유소재들과 흡수성 중합체들로 이루어지는 그룹에서 선택된 l이상의 첨가제를 상기 스플리트 섬유에 첨가하는 것이 특징인 스플리트섬유 집합체의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
