Claims (12)
- 열가소성 복합 프리프래그로 가공되기에 절합하며, 보강 섬유의 용융점보다 낮은 용융점을 가지고 있는 열가소성 섬유 및 연속 보강 섬유의 직물에 있어서, 열가소성 섬유가 직물을 형성하기 위해 가공되기 전에 가열되며 열가소성 물질의 용융점 아래인 50 내지 15℃의 온도에서 약간의 시간동안 유지되는 것을 특징으로하는 열가소성 섬유 및 연속 보강 섬유의 직물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성 섬유가 예비-수축되고 동시에 연신되는 것을 특징으로하는 직물.
- 제1내지 2항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 열가소성 섬유 및 보강 섬유가 결합되어 하이브리드 번들을 형성하며 번들이 가공되어 직물을 형성하는 것을 특징으로하는 직물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 하이브리드 번들 주위에 특별한 열가소성 섬유 또는 보강 섬유가 감겨진 것을 특징으로하는 직물.
- 제1내지 4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 직물이 25-80Vol.%의 보강섬유 및 75-20Vol.%의 열가소성 섬유로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 직물.
- 제1내지 5항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 직물이 40-60Vol.%의 보강섬유 및 60-40Vol.%의 열가소성 섬유로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 직물.
- 제1내지 6항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 보강 섬유가 유리, 탄소 및 아라미드로 부터 선택되어지는 것을 특징으로하는 직물.
- 제1내지 7항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 직물이 열가소성 섬유의 용융점 이상 및 열가소성 물질의 취화점보다 아래 및 보강 섬유의 용융 또는 취화점보다 아래인 온도에서 성형되는 것을 특징으로하는 직물을 사용함으로써 얻어 지는 생성물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 직물이 5 내지 70 바의 압력에서 성형되는 것을 특징으로하는 생성물.
- 제8내지 9항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 120-160℃에서 30-60 분동안 건조시키고 노출시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 생성물.
- 열가소성 물질이 폴리아미드 및 폴리알킬렌 테레프탈레이트로 부터 선택되고 일정한 배양도를 지니며 보강 섬유가 유리, 탄소 및 아라미드섬유부터 선택되어지는 열가소성 섬유 및 보강섬유로 구성된 하이브리드 섬유 번들에 있어서, 열가소성 섬유의 용융점까지 가열할때 열가소성 섬유가 2%미만으로 수축되는 것을 특징으로하는 하이브리드 섬유번들.
- 직물이 복합 프리프래그로 가공되기에 적합하며 열가소성 섬유 및 연속 보강 섬유를 제직함으로써 직물을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 제직전에 열가소성 섬유가 열가소성 물질의 용융점 아래인 50-15℃ 에서 1-5 시간동안 가열되고 그 기간동안 섬유가 연신 상태로 유지되는 것을 특징으로하는 직물 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
