Claims (11)
- 분자당 평균 하나 이상의 인접한 에폭사이드 그룹을 함유하고 에폭사이드 당량이 170 내지 200인 화합물과 분자당 평균 하나 이상의 방향족 하이드록실 그룹을 함유하는 화합물로부터 제조되고, 생성된 개량된 수지의 에폭사이드 또는 방향족 하이드록실 당량이 200 내지 50,000이며 평균 분자량이 400 내지 200,000이고 개량된 에폭시 수지와 유기 용매를 합한 중량을 기준으로 하여 유기 용매를 0.01 내지 5중량%미만 함유함을 특징으로 하는 개량된 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 개량된 에폭시 수지가 분자당 평균 1 내지 2개의 인접한 에폭사이드 그룹을 함유하는 화합물을 에폭사이드 그룹당 방향족 하이드록실 그룹의 비가 0.01 : 1 내지 5 : 1이 되는 양으로 분자당 평균 1 내지 2개의 방향족 하이드록실 그룹을 함유하는 화합물과 반응시킴으로써 제조되고, 유기 용매가 글리콜 에테르, 알코올, 케톤, 아세테이트, 방향족 탄화수소 또는 이들의 모든 배합물인 개량된 수지 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 분자당 평균 1 내지 2개의 인접한 에폭사이드 그룹을 함유하는 화합물이 비스페놀 A, 비스페놀F, 비스페놀 K, 비스페놀 S의 디글리시딜 에테르 또는 브롬 및 저급 알킬 그룹 중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 치환체에 의해 치환된 상기한 모든 비스페놀의 디글리시딜 에테르, 또는 이들의 모든 배합물이고, 분자당 평균 1 내지 2개의 방향족 하이드록실 그룹을 함유하는 화합물이 비스페놀 A, 비스페놀 F, 비스페놀 K, 비스페놀 S 또는 브롬 및 저급 알킬 그룹중에서 선택된 치환체 그룹에 의해 치환된 상기한 모든 비스페놀, 또는 이들의 모든 배합물이며, 유기용매간 아세톤, 메틸 케톤, 메틸 이소부틸 케톤, 메틴아밀 케톤, 디아세톤 알코올, 디프로필렌 글리콜의 메틸에테르, 3-메틸-3-메톡시 부탄올, n-부탄올, 2급-부탄올 이소프로판올, 부틸 아세테이트, 톨루엔, 크실렌 또는 이들의 모든 배합물인 개량된 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 따른 개량된 수지와 이에 적합한 경화제를 포함하는 피복 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 경화제가 페놀-알데히드 레졸수지, 우레아-알데히드 수지, 멜라민-알데히드 수지, 폴리아미드, 산 무수물, 1급 아민, 2급 아민 또는 3급 아민, 이미다졸, 구아나딘 또는 이들의 모든 배합물인 피복 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 경화계가 멜라민-포롬알데히드 수지, 페놀-포름알데히드 레졸 수지, 우레아-포름알데히드 수지, 폴리아미드 또는 이들의 모든 배합물인 피복 조성물.
- (A) 분자당 평균 1 내지 2개의 인접한 에폭사이드 그룹을 함유하고 에폭사이드 당량이 170 내지 200인 적어도 하나의 화합물, (B) 분자당 평균 1 내지 2개의 방향족 하이드록실 그룹을 함유하는 적어도 하나의 화합물, (C) 성분(A)와 (B)간의 반응을 촉진시키기 위한 촉매량의 적어도 하나의 촉매, 및 (D) 적어도 하나의 유기 용매를 독립적으로 또는 가능한 모든 배합비를 혼합하여 (a) 생성된 개량 수지의 에폭사이드 당량이 200 내지 50,000이고 평균분자량이 400 내지 200,000이 되도록 성분(A) 및 (B)를 사용하고, (b) 생성된 생성물이 성분(A), (B), (C) 및 (D)의 합한 중량을 기준으로 하여 성분(D)를 0.01 내지 5중량%미만 함유하도록 하여, 이들 성분을 압출기에 연속적으로 공급함을 특징으로 하는, 유기 용매를 함유하는 개량된 수지 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 개량된 에폭시 수지가 분자당 평균 1 내지 2개의 인접한 에폭사이드 그룹을 함유하는 화합물을 에폭사이드 그룹을 방향족 하이드록실 그룹의 비가 0.01 : 1 내지 5 : 1이 되는 양으로 분자당 평균 1 내지 2개의 방향족 하이드록실 그룹을 함유하는 화합물과 반응 시킴으로써 제조되고, 유기 용매가 글리콜 에테르, 알코올, 케톤, 아세테이트, 방향족 탄화수소 또는 이들의 모든 배합물인 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 분자당 평균 1 내지 2개의 인접한 에폭사이드그룹을 함유하는 화합물이 비스페놀 A, 비스페놀 F, 비스페놀 K, 비스페놀 S의 디글리시딜 에테르 또는 브롬 및 저급 알킬 그룹 중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 치환체에 의해 치환된 상기한 모든 비스페놀의 디글리시딜 에테르, 또는 이들의 모든 배합물이고, 분자당 평균 1 내지 2개의 방향족 하이드록실 그룹을 함유하는 화합물이 비스페놀 A, 비스페놀 F, 비스페놀 K, 비스페놀 S 또는 브롬 및 저급 알킬 그룹중에서 선택된 치환체 그룹에 의해 치환된 상기한 모든 비스페놀, 또는 이들의 모든 배합물이며, 유기용매가 아세톤, 메틸 에틸 케톤, 메틸 이소부틸 케톤, 메틸아밀 케톤, 디아세톤 알코올, 디프로필렌 글리콜의 메틸에테르, 3-메틸-3-메톡시 부탄올, n-부탄올, 2급-부탄을 이소프로판올, 부틸 아세테이트, 톨루엔, 크실렌 또는 이들의 모든 배합물인 방법.
- 피복물이 연속적으로 경화된 제4항, 제5항 또는 제6항중 어느 한 항에 따르는 피복 조성물에 의해 피복된 기판.
