Claims (15)
- N-포스포노메틸글리신보다 강 산성인 수용액으로부터의 불순물을 제거하기 위해 약이온성 이온교환 수지가 장치된 이온교환 컬럼으로 수용액을 통과시킴을 특징으로 하는 여러가지 불순물과 N-포스포노메틸글리신을 함유하는 수용액에서 정제된 N-포스포노메틸글리신의 회수방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 약염기성 이온교환 수지는 pKa 값이 2.2보다 작은 산을 흡수함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, N-포스포노메틸글리신보다 강 산성인 불순물은 N-포스포노메틸이미노디아세트산, N-포밀-N-포스포노메틸글리신, 인산 및 아인산으로 구성된 군에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 불순물은 강한 무기산의 희석액을 컬럼으로 통과시켜 약염기성 이온교환 수지로부터 제거됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 강한 무기산의 희석액은 묽은 염산임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 다음의 하기 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법. A. 약염기성 이온교환 수지가 장치된 첫번째 이온교환 컬럼으로 수용액을 통과시키는 단계. B. N-포스포노메틸글리신의 누출이 둘째번 컬럼으로부터의 유출액인 수용액내에 나타날 때까지 약염기성 이온교환 수지가 부착된 둘째번 이온교환 컬럼으로 첫번째 이온교환 컬럼으로부터의 유출액인 수용액을 통과시키는 단계. C. 염기나 또한 강한 무기산을 컬럼으로 통과시켜 둘째번 이온교환 컬럼의 약염기성 이온교환 수지로부터 N-포스포노메틸글리신을 회수하는 단계.
- 제6항에 있어서, 첫번째 및 둘째번 이온교환 컬럼의 이온교환 수지는 pKa값이 2.2보다 큰 산을 흡수함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 첫번째 약염기성 이온교환 수지는 N-포스포노메틸이미노디아세트산, N-포밀-N-포스포노메틸글리신, 인산 및 아인산으로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 불순물을 수용액으로 부터 흡수함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, N-포스포노메틸글리신은 둘째번 컬럼으로부터의 유출액인 수용액내에 N-포스포노메틸글리신보다 강 염기성인 불순물을 남기기 위해 둘째번 이온교환 컬럼의 약 염기성 이온교환 수지로 흡수됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 강한 무기산은 염산임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, N-포스포노메틸글리신을 회수하기 위해 염기는 알칼리 금속 수산화물, 알칼리 금속 탄산염, 수산화암모늄 및 탄산 암모늄의 수용액으로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 알칼리 금속 수산화물은 수산화나트륨임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 염기는 수산화암모늄의 수용액임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, N-포스포노메틸글리신을 회수하기 위해 염기는 분자량이 300 이하인 유기 아민임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
