7-하이드록시-1, 2-나프트퀴논-2-디아지드-4-설폰산 또는 이의 염의 제조방법 및 이의 용도

Claims (8)

1) 2. 7-디하이드록시나프탈렌을 니트로소화시키고, 2) 생성된 2.7-디하이드록시-1-니트로소나프탈렌(I)을 알카리 금속 아황산 수소염으로 설폰화시킨 다음 형성된 중아황산 부가화합물을 산성용액 중에서 2.7-디하드록시-1-아미노 나프탈렌-4-설폰산(II)로 환원시키고, 3) 이를 7-하이드록시-1,2-나프토퀴논-4-설폰산(III)으로 산화시켜 이의 염으로서 침전시킨 다음, 4) 이 염을 아릴설폰산 하이드라지드로 상응하는 7-하이드록시-1.2-나프토퀴논-2-디아지드-4-설폰산(IV)의 염으로 전환시킴을 특징으로 하여 일반식(Z)이 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
상기식에서, X는 수소, 금속 또는 암모늄 그룹이다.
제1항에 있어서, 니트로소화 반응을 +5 내지 -10℃의 온도에서 아세트산을 함유하는 수성 현탁액중에서 알킬리 금속 아질산염을 사용하여 수행하고 니트로소 화합물을 분리하는 방법.
제1항에 있어서, 설폰화 반응을 pH 5 내지 7의 범위의 수성상중에서 알카리 금속 아황산 수소 염 또는 알카리 금속 중아황산염을 사용하여 수행하고, 형성된 중아황산염 부가 화합물을 20 내지 60℃ 온도에서 무기산을 함유한 수용액중에서 중간 분리 단계 없이 상응하는 아미노설폰산으로 환원시키는 방법.
제1항에 있어서, 산화 반응을 15 내지 25℃ 온도에서 수성 진산 15 내지 25중량%를 사용하여 수행하고 형성된 나프토퀴논-설폰산은 침전시키고, 염, 바람직하게는 칼륨 또는 암모늄 염으로 분리시키는 방법.
제1항에 있어서, 나프토퀴논-설폰산의 염을 20 내지 70℃ 온도에서 유기상, 바람직하게는 메탄올 중에서 p-톨루엔 설폰산 히드라지드를 사용하여 7-하이드록시-1,2-나프티오퀴논-2-디아지드-4-설폰산의 상응하는 염으로 전환시키고, 이의 염을 분리시키는 방법.
제1항에 있어서, 일반식(Z)에서 X가 알카리 금속 또는 알카리 토금속인 방법.
제1 또는 6항에 있어서, 일반식(Z)에서 X가 나트륨, 칼륨 또는 암모늄 그룹인 방법.
제1항 내지 7항 중 어느 한 항에서 청구한 화합물의 감-방사선 혼합물 및 물질에 사용하기 위한 감광성 화합물 제조용 중간체로서의 용도.
