Description

방수 시트
제 1 도는 종래 방수시트의 단면도.
제 2 도는 본 고안 방수시트의 단면도.
제 3 도는 본 고안 방수시트의 사용상태의 단면도.
본 고안은 기밀 연결할수 있는 연결부를 가지는 방수시트에 관한 것이다.
종래의 방수시트는 제 1 도에 나타낸 바와 같이 고밀도 폴리에틸렌필름(1) 고무화아스팔트층(2) 고밀도 폴리에틸렌필름(3) 고무화아스팔트층(4) 이형지(5)를 적층한 구조로 되어있어 이를 사용시에는 이형지(5)를 떼어낸 다음 고무화아스팔트층(4)의 접착력을 이용하여 방수코져하는 부위에 부착시켜 사용하고 방수코져하는 부위가 넓은 경우에는 방수시트의 일부를 겹쳐서 도오치 램프로 가열하여 용접하여 연결하였으나 가열 용접시 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 필름(1) (3) 및 고무화아스팔트층(2) (3)가 열화하여 방수시트의 성능이 저하하고 용접이 완전치 못하여 용접부위에서의 누수 현상이 많고 작업이 번잡한 결점이 있었다.
본 고안은 상기와 같은 종래의 방수시트의 결점을 제거한 방수시트를 제공함을 목적으로 하는 것으로 본 고안 방수시트는 제 2 도에 나타낸 바와같이 고밀도 폴리에틸렌필름(1) 고무화아스팔트층(2) 고밀도 폴리에틸렌필름(3) 고무화아스팔트층(4) 및 이형지(5)으로 구성한 종래의 방수시트의 일연부의 고밀도 폴리에틸렌필름(3)과 고무화아스팔트층(2) 사이에 약 10㎝폭의 이형지(6)을 고무화아스팔트층(2)의 하부에 접합시킨 연결부를 가진 구조로 되어 있다.
이와같은 구조의 본 고안 방수시트를 연결 사용시에는 제 3 도에 나타낸 바와 같이 이형지(5)를 떼어낸 후 방수코져 하는 부위에 방수시트의 고무화아스팔트층(4)를 압압 접착시키고 연결부의 상층부(고밀도 폴리에틸렌 필름(1)과 고무화아스팔트층(2) 및 이형지(6)를 젖히고 고무화아스팔트층(2) 하부의 이형지(6)을 떼어낸다음 그 사이에 다른 방수시트의 타단을 이형지(5)를 떼어낸후 삽입하고 압압하면 삽입된 방수시트의 상부의 고밀도 폴리에틸렌필름(1)은 연결부의 고무화아스팔트층(2)에 접착되고, 삽입된 방수시트의 하부의 고무화아스팔트층(4)는 연결부의 고밀도 폴리에틸렌필름(3)에 접착되어 연결부위는 상하로 이중으로 접착되어 접착상태가 양호할뿐 아니라 설혹 접착상태가 불량한 부분이 있다 하여도 누수되지 않고 또한 연결 작업이 간편하고 연결 작업으로 인한 방수시트의 열화가 전혀 없는 효과가 있다.

  1. 고밀도 폴리에틸렌필름(1) 고무화아스팔트층(2) 고밀도 폴리에틸렌필름(3) 고무화아스팔트층(4) 이형지(5)로 구성된 방수시트에 있어서 그 일연부의 고무화아스팔트층(2)와 고밀도 폴리에틸렌필름(3) 사이에 이형지(6)을 고무화 아스팔트층(2)의 하부에 접합시킨 연결부를 연결시킨 방수시트.
