Claims (10)
- 코팅 물질의 적어도 한층을 구비하는 광섬유를 포함하는 완충식 광섬유에 있어서, 플라스틱 완충 물질이 상기 광섬유에 둘러싸이며, 상기 광섬유의 상기 적어도 하나의 코팅층에 조절된 결합을 가지므로 상기 플라스틱 완충 물질이 정상 사용시에 상기 적어도 하나의 코팅층에 적합한 부착을 가지나 적합한 저스트립핑력의 적용시에 상기 광섬유로부터 상기 플라스틱 완충물질의 제거를 허락하는 것을 특징으로 하는 완충식 광섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 감결합 물질의 한층이 상기 적어도 하나의 코팅층과 상기 완충 물질 사이에 삽입되며, 상기 감결합 물질이 상기 완충식 광섬유의 정상 사용시에 적소에서 상기 플라스틱 완충 물질을 유지하기 위해 상기 플라스틱 완충물질과 상기 적어도 하나의 코팅층 사이에 존재하나 적합한 저 스트립핑력의 적용시에 상기 플라스틱 완충 물질이 제거되도록 허락하는 것을 특징으로 하는 완충식 광섬유.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 플라스틱 완충 물질은 상기 코팅 물질의 적어도 한층 제거없이 제거되는 것을 특징으로 하는 완충식 광섬유.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 플라스틱 완충 물질의 제거는 상기 코팅물질의 적어도 한층 손상없이 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 완충식 광섬유.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 플라스틱 완충 물질은 상기 적어도 하나의 코팅 물질과 함께 제거되는 것을 특징으로 하는 완충식 광섬유.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 감결합 물질은 상기 광섬유로부터 상기 플라스틱 완충 물질의 제거를 용이하게 함으로써 상기 광섬유상의 상기 코팅 물질 또는 상기 플라스틱 완충물질안으로 상기 감결합 물질이 이동하더라도 무의미한 것을 특징으로 하는 완충식 광섬유.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 감결합 물질은 중량으로 약 97.5%의 용매와 중량으로 약 2.5%의 아크릴레이트 공중합체 물질을 포함하는 물질의 조성으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 완충식 광섬유.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 아크릴레이트 공중합체 물질은 에틸아크릴레이트 및 2-에틸 헥실 아크릴레이트 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 완충식 광섬유.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 용매는 아세톤을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 완충식 광섬유.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 감결합 물질은 중량으로 약 0.5% 광학 광택물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 완충식 광섬유.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
