Claims (4)

  1. 물에 현탁시킨 그래뉼 현택액으로부터 대부분 물을 제거하고 그래뉼은 탑 건조기중에 베드형으로 부착하고 중력하에서 프러그 흐름으로 흐르게 하면서 잔류하는 물을 제거하고 70내지 200℃에서 역류 불활성 기체흐름으로 가열 처리하는 방법으로서, 건조 지대와 지대사이의 지점으로 탑 건조기 속으로 유입되는 불활성 기체흐름을, 한편으로는 프러그 흐름으로 그래뉼 베드속으로 방사상 안쪽으로 공급되는 흐름으로 그리고 다른 한편으로는 그래뉼 베드속으로 방사상 바깥쪽에서 안쪽으로 흐르는 흐름으로 분활하며, 추가의 불활성 기체 흐름은 탑건조기 하부의 원뿔형으로 데이퍼진 영역으로 공급시키는 것으로 이루어지는 폴리아미드 그래뉼을 건조 및 가열시키기 위한 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 그래뉼은, 탑 건조기로부터 방출후 유동 베드에서 공기를 사용하여 50℃이하까지 식히는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 물에 현탁시킨 그래뉼 현탁액으로부터 그래뉼을 분리하기 위한 수단, 및 공급라인(20)은 실린더 벽을 통해 다수의 입구(21)를 갖는 고리 라인(20a)에 연결되며 공급 라인(22)는 탑 건조기의 분배 고립(24)와 통하는, 탑 건조기의 실린더 벽위에 설치한 두 개의 불활성 기체 공급 라인(20 및 22)과 그래뉼에 대한 상부의 입구 및 하부의 배출구를 가진 하강흐름 수직 실린더형 탑 건조기 뿐만 아니라 그래뉼에 대한 배출구(34)의 방향에 따라 열리는 중앙 원뿔형 포메이션(32)에 연결된 탑 건조기의 좁게-데이퍼진 원뿔형 빈(30)속으로의 불활성 기체 공급라인(31)으로 이루어진, 제1항에서 청구한 바와같은 방법을 수행하기 위한 장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 탑 건조기(10)에 이어 유동 베드 냉각기(41)가 이어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
