제3도는 제2도의 선 Ⅲ-Ⅲ에 따라 취한 단면도.

Claims (11)

  1. 적어도 하나 이상의 마찰링(4,5)이 포함되어 있고, 주물로 구성되어 있으며, 디스크 림(3) 쪽으로 향한 리브(7,14)가 제공된 내부로트(2)상에 고정되어 있는 디스크 림(3)이 달여있는 특히 자동차용의 원판 브레이크용 브레이크판(1)으로서, 내부포트(2)가 디스크 림(3)의 재료보다 더 높은 인장강도를 가진 재료로 구성되어 있고, 디스크 림(3)이 복합주조에 의하여 내부포트(2)의 리브(7,14)상에 고정되어 있고, 디스크 림(3)의 재료가 리브(7)를 방사상 방향으로 형상폐쇄적으로 고착시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 브레이크 판.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 내부포트(2)가 적어도 250 N/㎟ 이상의 인장강도를 가진 주철(GG25), 바람직하기로는 300 N/㎟의 인장강도를 가진 주물(GG30)로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 브레이크 판.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 내부포트(2)가 적어도 400 N/㎟ 이상의 인장강도를 가진 구상흑연이 들어있는 주물(GGG40)로 구성되어 있는 브레이크 판.
  4. 제1항에 내지 제3항중 한 항에 있어서, 디스크 림(3)이 높은 탄소함유량을 가진 재료, 바람직하기로는 100 또는 150 N/㎟의 인장강도를 가진 주물로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 브레이크 판.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 한 항에 있어서, 디스크 림(3)에 축방향으로 뻗어 있는 다수의 웨브(6, 6*, 15, 16, 17)를 거쳐 결합되어 있는 2개의 마찰링(4,5)이 포함되어 있고, 내부포트(2)의 리브(7, 14)가 서로 대향하여 있는 마찰링(4,5) 사이의 슬릿(20)내로 돌출하여 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 브레이크판.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 디스크 림의 하나의 마찰링(4)이 리브(7)를 감싸고, 또다른 마찰링(5)이 방사상 방향에 따라 내측으로 내부포트(2)상에 지지되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 브레이크판.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 2개의 마찰링(4,5)이 리브(14)를 감싸고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 브레이크판.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중 한 항에 있어서, 원주변에 걸쳐 배분된 20개의 리브(7,14)가 제공되어 있고, 리브들이 복합주조에 의하여 디스크 림(3)의 재료내에 내장되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 브레이크판.
  9. 제6항에 있어서, 방사상방향에 따라 내측으로 내부포트(2)상에 지지되어 있는 마찰링(5)에 2개의 인접한 리브(7) 사이에 방사성 방향으로 내측을 향하여 있는 궁튱부(9)가 제공되어 있고, 이 궁튱부가 내부포트(2)내의 대응요부와 맞물리는 것을 특징으로 하는 브레이크판.
  10. 제5항에 있어서, 리브(14)에 축과 평행으로 된 개구(21)가 제공되어 있고, 이 개구에 의하여 디스크 림(3)의 앵커 웨브(22)가 맞물리게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 브레이크판.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 내부포트(2)가 소결금속으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 브레이크판.
