Claims (18)

  1. 수용요소(receiving material) 및 상기 수용 요소에 재고정할 수 있게 부착되도록 채택된 상호보완적인 후크(hook)유형 요소의 패취(patch) 하나 이상을 포함하는, 제1면 및 그 반대쪽의 제2면을 갖는 밸트; 및 액체 투과성 상면시이트, 상기 상면시이트에 결합된 액체 불투과성 배면시이트, 상기 상면시이트와 상기 배면시이트 중간의 흡수성 코어, 상기 상면시이트 위에 놓이는 두 개의 새로로 배향된 플랩(flap), 및 각각의 상기 플랩상에 위치되고 상기 벨트의 상기 수용 요소에 재고정할 수 있게 부착되도록 채택된 보완적인 후크 유형 요소의 외측 대면 패취를 포함하는 일회용 조립부(disposable assembly)를 포함하고, 상기 벨트와 상기 일회용 조립부가 서로 분리될 수 있는 전방부, 후방부 및 세로방향 중심선을 갖는 가멘트(garment).
  2. 수용요소 및 상기 수용 요소에 재고정할 수 있게 부착되도록 채택된 상호 보완적인 후크 유형 요소의 패취 하나 이상을 포함하는, 제1면 및 그 반대쪽의 제2면을 갖는 벨트; 및 액체 투과성 상면시이트, 상기 상면시이트에 결합된 액체 불투과성 배면시이트, 상기 상면시이트와 상기 배면 시이트 중간의 흡수성 코어, 및 하나는 가멘트의 전방부에 위치되고 다른 하나는 가멘트의 후방부에 위치되며 상기 벨트의 상기 수용 요소에 재고정할 수 있게 부착되도록 채택된, 상기 배면시이트상의 상호 보완적인 후크 유형 요소의 외측 대면 패취 두 개를 포함하는 일회용 조립부를 포함하고, 상기 밸트와 상기 일회용 조립부가 서로 분리될 수 있는, 전방부, 후방부 및 세로방향 중심선을 갖는 가멘트.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 상면시이트 및 상기 배면시이트가 일반적으로 동일 넓이이고 상기 가멘트가 상기 코어의 가로 방향으로 외측에 세로방향 측면 가장자리부(margin)를 갖는 가멘트.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 플랩이 상기 배면시이트 및 상기 상면시이트중 최소한 하나의 가장자리부를 포함하는 가멘트.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 각각의 풀랩상의 두 개의 상호보완적인 후크 유형 요소의 패취를 추가로 포함하는 일회용 흡수 가멘트.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 각각의 플랩이 두 개의 귀퉁이(corner)를 한정하고, 후크 유형 요소의 상기 각각의 패취가 상기 플랩의 상기 귀퉁이와 나란히 배열되는 일회용 흡수 가멘트.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 패취가 세로 치수를 갖고 상기 벨트가 폭을 가지며 상기 벨트의 상기 폭이 상기 패취의 새로 치수보다 큰 일회용 흡수 가멘트.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밸트가 상기 밸트의 말단 부근에 나란히 위치된 상기 후크 유형 요소의 패치 하나이상을 갖는 일회용 흡수 가멘트.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 벨트가 실질적으로 상기 벨트의 길이 전체를 따라 상기 상호보완적인 후크 유형 요소의 패취 사이에 수용 요소를 포함하는 일회용 흡수 가멘트.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 벨트상에 표시부(indicia)를 추가로 포함하는 일회용 흡수 가멘트.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 표시부가 세로방향으로 이격되어 있는 일회용 흡수 가멘트.
  12. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 패취가, 세로방향, 가로배향 및 배면 시이트의 각각사분면내의 패취로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 배열로 상기 배면시이트에 결합되는 일회용 흡수 가멘트.
  13. 제1면 및 그 반대쪽의 제2면을 갖는 벨트를 제공하는 단계; 전방 허리 가장자리부 및 후방허리 가장자리부를 갖는 일회용 조립부를 제공하는 단계; 상기 벨트의 제1면에 상기 일회용 조립부의 상기 후방 허리 가장자리부를 부착시키는 단계; 착용자의 뒤 및 아래쪽으로 배향된 일회용 조립부를 가진 벨트로 착용자의 허리를 감싸는 단계; 상기 벨트의 최소한 한 말단을 상기 벨트의 특정 중간 부분에 부착시키는 단계; 사기 일회용 조립부를 착용 다리 사이로 잡아 당기는 단계; 및 상기 일회용 조립부의 전방 허리 가장자리부를 상기 벨트의 제2면에 부착시키는 단계를 포함하는 착용자에게 흡수 가멘트를 적용하는 방법.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 벨트가 표시부를 갖고, 상기 표시부와 상기 일회용 조립부의 상기 후방 허리 가장자리를 일렬로 하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는, 착용자에게 흡수 가멘트를 적용하는 방법.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 상기 일회용 조립부가 상기 코어위에 놓인 두 개의 플랩을 갖고, 상기 일회용 조립부의 상기 후방 허리 가장자리부를 상기 벨트에 부착시키기 전에 상기 일회용 조립부의 상기 플랩을 구부리는 단계를 추가로 포함하는, 착용자에게 흡수 가멘트를 적용하는 방법.
  16. 제1면 및 그 반대쪽의 제2면을 갖는 벨트, 액체 투과성 상면시이트, 상기 상면시이트에 결합된 액체 불투과성 배면시이트 및 상기 상면시이트와 상기 배면시이트 중간의 흡수성 코어를 포함하는 일회용 조립부; 및 상기 벨트 및 상기 일회용 조립부중의 하나에 결합된 접착제 패취 두 개 이상(상기 벨트 및 상기 일회용 조립부중의 나머지는 상기 접착체 패취에 대해 상호 보완적인 표면을 가지며, 상기 접착제 및 상기 상호 보완적인 표면은 상기 벨트가 착용자의 허리 주위를 감쌀 때 상기 일회용 조립부가 상기 벨트에 부착되도록 채택된다)을 포함하고, 상기 벨트와 상기 일회용 조립부가 서로 분리될 수 있는, 전방부, 후방부 및 세로방향 중심선을 갖는 가멘트.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 상기 상면 시이트 위에 놓인 두 개의 세로로 배향된 플랩을 추가로 포함하는 가멘트.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 상기 접착제 패취가 상기 플랩상에 위치되는 가멘트.
