  1. 먹을수 있는 상태까지 가온, 조리된 라이류 식품을, 겔화재를 가하여 급속냉각을 하므로서 겔화시킴과 동시에, 냉장분위기내에서 표면을 건조시키도록 구성함을 특징으로하는 조리가 끝난 라이스류의 냉장식품.
