Claims (16)

  1. 기판을 열처리하여, 열처리후의 기판을 일시 수용하기 위한 장치에 있어서, 기판을 열처리하기 위한 열처리부와 상기 열처리부의 윗쪽 또는 아래쪽에 설치되어, 열처리된 기판을 일시 수용하기 위한 기판격납수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기판을 열처리하기 위한 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열처리부 및 상기 기판격납수단에 기판을 공급하기 위한 기판공급수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기판을 열처리하기 위한 장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 열처리부 및 상기 기판 격납수단에 격납된 기판을 그곳에서부터 반출하여 후속하는 공정에 건내주기 위한 기판배출수단을 포함하는 기판을 열처리하기 위한 장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 열처리부는 기판을 가열하기 위한 수단과, 상기 가열수단의 윗쪽 또는 아래쪽에 설치되어, 상기 가열수단에 의해 가열된 기판을 냉각하기 위한 냉각수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기판을 열처리하기 위한 장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 가열수단은 기판이 그 위체 놓이는 가열판과 상기 가열판을 가열하기 위한 히터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기판을 열처리하기 위한 장치.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 가열판은 동일직선상에 놓이지 않는 적어도 3개의 상하방향의 관통구멍을 구비하고, 상기 가열수단은 상기 관통구멍에 삽통되어, 그 상단부에서 기판을 받쳐 유지하기 위한 3개이상의 지지핀을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기판을 열처리하기 위한 장치.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 가열수단은, 상기 지지핀을 상하 이동시키고, 그 상하운동의 최하점에서 상기 지지핀의 상기 상단이 상기 관통구멍안으로 들어가도록 하는 핀승강 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기판을 열처리 하기 위한 장치.
  8. 상기 냉각판을 냉각시키기 위해 내부를 열매체가 지나도록 된 열매체조를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기판을 열처리하기 위한 장치.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 냉각판 및 상기 열매체조에는 적어도 3개의 상하방향의 관통구멍이 형성되어 있고, 상기 냉각수단은, 상기 관통구멍에 삽통되어, 그 상단에서 기판의 하면을 지지하기 위한 적어도 3개의 지지핀을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기판을 열처리하기 위한 장치.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 냉각수단은, 상기 냉각수단의 지지핀을 상하운동시키고, 그 상하운동의 최하점에서 상기 냉각수단의 지지핀의 상단이, 상기 냉각판 및 열매체조의 상기 관통구멍안으로 들어가도록 하게하기 위한 핀승강 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기판을 열처리하기 위한 장치.
  11. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 기판공급수단은, 기판을 횡방향으로 이동가능하게 수용하기 위한 기판수용수단과, 상기 기판수용수단을 승강시키고, 상기 기판수용수단을 예정된 수준으로 위치결정하기 위한 승강수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기판을 열처리하기 위한 장치.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 승강수단은 종방향으로 설치된 나사와 상기나사를 구동하기 위한 구동수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기판을 열처리하기 위한 장치.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 승강수단은, 상기 기판수용수단의 횡방향 위치를 조절하기 위한 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기판을 열처리하기 위한 장치.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 구동수단은 상기 나사를 구동하기 위한 모터와 상기 나사와 상기 모터를 결합하기 위한 전동벨트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기판을 열처리하기 위한 장치.
  15. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기판격납수단은, 각각이 내면과 외면을 갖는 2개의 측면과 기판이 그곳을 통하여 공급방향을 따라 공급되고 방출되는 개방면과, 기판을 상기 기판격납수단에 지지하기 위한 지지수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기판을 열처리하기 위한 장치.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 지지수단은, 기판을 지지하기 위한, 그 상면이 같은 수준인 한쌍의 세장부재를 포함하고, 상기 세장부재는 상기 2개의 측면의 내면에 고정되어 있고, 상기 상면은 기판의 공급방향과 평행한 것을 특징으로 하는 기판을 열처리하기 위한 장치.
