표면상에 하이드록시기를 갖는 막을 사용한 클래미디아(chlamydia) 항원의 검출 방법 및 진단 시험 키트
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 계면활성제-피복 또는 순수한 비개질 나일론 막을 사용하는 분석법과 본 발명의 분석법을 비교하여, 그 감도 및 백그라운드(background)에 있어서의 차이를 나타내는 막대 그래프도이다.
제2도는 실시예 3에 기재된 분석법으로 실온 보관한 경우에 있어서의 차이를 나타내는 막대 그래프도이다.
제3도는 실시예 3의 비교 분석법으로, 백그라운드에 대한 고온 보관의 영향을 도시하는 막대 그래프도이다.

Claims (10)

  1. A. 클래미디아(chlamydia) 유기체를 함유하고 있는 것으로 예상되는 표본으로부터 추출된 클래미디아 항원을, 이 추출된 항원이 막(membrane)에 결합되기에 충분한 시간동안, 1-10㎛의 평균 포어(pore) 크기를 갖는 상기의 폴리아미드 디세다공성 여과막과 접촉시키고, B. 막상에 면역학적 복합체를 형성시키기 위하여, 막에 결합된 클래미디아 항원을 클래미디아 항체와 접촉시키며. c. 표본내의 클래미디아 유기체의 존재에 대한 척도로서, 막상의 복합체의 존재를 검출하는 것으로 구성되는 클래미디아 항원의 검출 방법에 있어서, 막이 그 표면상에 다수의 하이드록시기를 갖고있는 것을 특징으로 하는 검출방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 클래미디아 유기체로부터의 리포다당체의 검출방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 클래미디아 항체가 효소-표지(enzyme-label)되며, 복합체의 검출이 상기 효소에 대한 기질로 구성되는 발색(dye-providing) 조성물을 사용하여 이루어지는 검출방법.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 클래미디아 항체가 표지되지 않으며, 면역학적 복합체가 클래미디아 항체를 통제하는 효소-표지 항체를 사용하여 검출되는 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 25분 이내에 수행되는 검출방법.
  6. a)1-10㎛의 평균 포어 크기를 갖는 폴리아미드 미세다공성 여과막과, b)클래미디아 항원에 대한 항체를 포함하는 시약 조성물로 구성되는 클래미디아 항원의 검출에 유용한 진단 시험 키트에 있어서, 막이 그 표면상에 다수의 하이드록시기를 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 진단 시험 키트.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 막이 일회용 시험 장치의 일부로서 제곧외는 진단 시험 키트.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 막이, 그 표면상에 하이드록시기를 부가하도록 처리되어진 폴리헥사 메틸렌 아디프아미드로 구성되는 것.
  9. 제1항 내지 제7항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 막이, 적어도 하나 이상의 하이드록시기를 갖는 적어도 한 종류 이상의 중합성 단량체로 제조되는 중합물로 처리되어진 폴리헥사메틸렌 아디프아미드로 구성되는 것.
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 막이 4-8㎛의 평균 포어 크기를 갖는것.
