스웨드조 합성피혁의 제조방법
제1도는 기본 크로스조직의 조직도,
제2도는 기본 오픈조직의 조직도,
제3도는 본 발명에 사용되는 경편지의 조직도로서 2바 조직의 조직도,
제4도는 본 발명에 사용되는 경편지의 조직도로서 3바 조직의 조직도.

Claims (1)

  1. 표측의 기모면은 50-150데니어의 폴리아미드 멀티필라멘트사를 사용하고, 중측 또는 이측면은 50-150데니어의 폴리에스터 멀티필라멘트사를 사용하여 2바 또는 3바 조직의 경편지를 재편하되, 표측은 5-6침의 진폭을 갖도록 하며, 2바의 경우에는 표측과 이측의 진폭방향이 서로 반대방향이 되도록 하고, 3바의 경우에는 중측과 이측의 진폭방향이 서로 반대방향이 되도록 하되 3침 이하의 진폭을 갖도록 하여 제편한 것을 기모, 정련 및 염색을 한 다음, 폴리우레탄 수지조성물을 기포의 이면으로 부터 도포하되 기모부 끝부분의 60-80%까지 도포되도록 하는 스웨드조 합성피혁의 제조방법.
