크실로오스의 새로운 제조방법

제1도는 본 발명에 따른 방법의 경로를 다이아그램으로 나타낸 도면임.
제2도 내지 4도는 상기 방법을 실시하는데 적합한 설비의 일부를 다이아그램으로 나타낸 도면임.

Claims (8)

  1. -제1단계에서, D-크실롤로오스 시럽을 효소적으로 이성화시켜 D-크실로오스와 D-크실롤로오스의 혼합물을 얻고, -제2단계에서, 상기 혼합물을 크로마토그래피 처리하여 적어도 2분획, 즉, D-크실로오스가 매우 풍부한 것과(분획 X1) D-크실롤로오스가 매우 풍부한 것(분획 X2)의 2분획을 얻으며, - 제3단계에서, 분획 X2를 이성화 단계로 재순환시키고, D-크실롤로오스를 분획 X1으로부터 회수하는 것으로 됨을 특징으로 하는 (후자는 직접 수소첨가 반응시켜도 됨) D-크실롤로오스의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 출발 D-크실롤로오스를 다음의 연속 단계 , 즉 ;
    -D-글루코오스를 D-아라비톨로 전환시키는, 피차아속의 호삼투성 미생물에 의해 D-글루코오스 시럽을 호기적으로 발효시키고, -D-아라비톨을 D-크실롤로오스로 전환시키는데 적합한, 데히드로게나제 알콜 생산 미생물인 아세토박터, 글루코노박터 또는 클렙시엘라속의 미생물을 이용하여 D-아라비톨을 호기적으로 발효시킨다음 -글루코오스 이소머라제 또는 크실로오스 이소머라제의 작용하에서 D-크실롤로오스 시럽을 D-크실로오스가 풍부한 시럽으로 이성화시키는 단계에 의해 제조함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  3. 제1항 및 제2항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 사용되는 효소가 글루코오스-이소머라제인 것이 특징인 제조방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 크로마토그래피 분획화 단계를 양이온수지 또는 제올라이트의 도움을 받아 수행하는 것이 특징인 제조방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 크로마토그래피 분획과 단계를 불연속적으로 또는 연속적으로 (시뮬레이트 이동 베드), 바람직하게는 알칼리 또는 알칼리토이온으로 하전된 강산 양이온수지 타잎의 흡착제 또는 NH+ 4, Na+,K+및 Ca2-, Ba2-이온으로 하전된 양이온 제올라이트 타잎의 흡착제상에서 수행하는 것이 특징인 제조방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 5항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 효소적 이성화 단계의 변수를 시럽중에 D-크실로오스가 53%를 초과 하는 함량으로 생성하도록 선택하는 것이 특징인 제조방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 6항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 크로마토그래피 분획화 단계의 변수를 크실로오스 함량(건조물질에 대한 중량으로 표시)이 다음과 같고 D-크실롤로오스 함량은 25%미만인, 크실로오스가 풍부한 분획이 얻어지도록 선택하는 것이 특징인 제조방법 : -60~95%, -바람직하게는 75~90%, 더욱 바람직하게는 80~85%.
  8. 제1항 내지 7항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 크실로오스의 결정화부터의 모액을 크로마토그래피 분획화 단계로 재순환시키는 것이 특징인 제조방법.
