Claims (9)

120℃이하의 온도에서 다음 A) 와 B)를 수용성 매질내에서 반응시키되, 5.0 내지 5.9의 PH에서 반응이 개시되고, 5.5 내지 8.5의 PH에 도달된 후 반응이 종료되는 것을 특징으로 하는 카르복시기를 함유하는 옥시알킬화된 중합체의 제조방법, (A) 공중합된 단위체로서 하나이상의 모노에틸렌성 불포화성 C3-C6-카르복시산을 함유하는 중합체, (B) 산화 에틸렌, 산화 프로필렌, 산화 n-부틸렌, 산화 이소부틸렌 또는 이들의 혼합물.
제 1 항에 있어서, 상기의 (A)와 (B)의 반응이 촉매로서, 티오에테르 또는 SH-함유하는 화합물의 존재하에서 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
제 1 항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 사용된 중합체(A)가 모노에틸렌성 불포화된 C3-C6-카르복시산의 단일 중합체임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
제 1 항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 사용된 중합체(A)가 공중합된 단위체로서 다음 (a) 및 (b)를 함유하는 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. (a)하나이상의 모노에틸렌성 불포화된 C3-C6-모노카르복시산 1 내지 90중량% (b)하나이상의 모노에틸렌적으로 불포화된 C4-C6-디카르복시산 99 내지 1중량% (a) 및 (b)의 중량%의 합은 항상 100이 된다.
제 1 항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 다음 (A)와 (B)를 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법. (A) 공중합된 단위체로서 (a) 및 (b)를 함유하는 공중합체, (a) 아크릴산 및/또는 메타아크릴산 40 내지 90중량%, 및 (b)말레산 및/ 또는 이타콘산 60 내지 10중량% (a)와 (b)의 중량%의 합은 항상 100 이된다. (B) 산화프로필렌을 근거로한 0.5 내지 5중량%의 티오디글리콜 및/또는 티오디아세트산의 존재하에서 (A)를 근거로한 산화알킬렌 3 내지 80중량%.
제 1 항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 단일중합체 및 공중합체의 K값은 8내지 200임을 특징으로 하는 방법. (이 K값은 온도가 25℃이고 pH가 7이며 중합체중의 나트륨이 농도가 1중량%인 수용액에서 H.Fikentscher에 따라 측정된 값이다)
