Claims (4)

  1. 제5공정에서 조성된 함침성 조성화합물이 함침된 섬유질판의 상하부에 제6공정에서 조성된 표면용 재료를 위치시키고 진동시켜 표면용 재료의 두께가 균일화 된 것을 가열압착 시켜서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 내마모성 및 내연성이 우수하고 고강도를 가진 박판재.
  2. 열경화성 수지 50부, 탄산칼슘, 산화알미늄, 삼산화철, 산화규소, 산화아연으로 조성된 결착용 개별화합물40부, 니켈파우더, 삼산화 안티모니, 황산바륨으로 조성된 기능부여 조성화합물 10부를 혼합시킨 함침성 조성화합물에 섬유질판을 함침시키고 섬유질판의 상,하부에는 함침성 조성화합물20부와 삼산화철, 산화규소, 산화칼륨, 산화알미늄으로 조성된 주제휠러의 광물질 80부를 혼합시킨 표면용 재료를 위치시켜 진동방법으로 표면용 재료를 균일화 시킨 다음 가열압착하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내마모성 및 내연성이 우수하고 고강도를 가진 박판재의 제조방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 결착용 개별화합물에 대한 조성비는 탄산칼슘 40-50부, 산화알미늄 25-35부, 삼산화철 8-15부, 산화규소20-30부, 산화아연5-15부,(이상 중량비)로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 내마모성 및 내연성이 우수하고 고강도를 가진 박판재의 제조방법.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 기능부여 조성화합물의 조성비는 300메쉬 이상으로 미분쇄된 니켈파우더27-35부, 삼산화안티모니25-33부, 황산바륨37-45부(이상 중량비임)로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 내마모성 및 내연성이 우수하고 고강도를 가진 박판재의 제조방법.
