- 열경화성 수지와 경화제와 증점제로 된 수지조성물에 도적성섬유가 분산혼합된 혼합물을 전기 수지 조성물을 함침할 수 있는 시이트상물에 적층하여 전기 수지조성물의 일부를 시이트상물에 함침시켜 수지 조성물이 증점해서 얻어진 시이트상성형재료의 전기혼합물의 층에 전기 수지조성물을 함침할 수 있는 시이트상물을 적층하여 필요에 따라 다시 그위에 절연재료 시이트를 적층하고, 가압상태로 가열경화 시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 면상벌열체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서 열경화수지가 불포화 폴리에스테르 수지인 면상발열체의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서 도전성섬유가 탄소섬유인 면상발체의 제조방법.
- 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 있엇 시이트상물이 유리섬유제인 면상발연체의 제조방법.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서 가압상태에서 가열하는 것이 열프레스에 의하여 행하여지는 면상발열체의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
