제1도는 점화 분배기의 일부를 통하는 종단면도이고, 제2도는 제1도의 화살표(Y)방향으로의 부시와 분배링 사이의 접속접을 도시하는 평면도이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 전기적 도체 재료의 적어도 2개의 부시(18)을 갖는 절연 재료의 분배 캡(16)과, 도체 재료의 상기 분배 캡(16)을 덮는 차폐 캡(26)과, 상기 차폐 캡(26)과 분배 캡(16)을 접지된 하우징(12)에 함께 고정시키기 위해 부시(18)내로 인입된 적어도 2개의 헤드 스크류(14)를 포함하며, 상기 차폐 캡(26)내에는 각각의 경우에도체 재료의 적어도 2개의 디스크(24)의 외부 섹션이 형성되고, 각각의 디스트(24)의 외부 섹션은 디스크(24)의 축에 대략 평행한 축을 가진 다수의 돌출부(28)를 가지며, 각각의 경우에 상기 디스크(24)의 내부섹션은 상기 부시(18)와 전기 도체 접속될 수 있고, 상기 각각의 헤드 스크류(14)는 각각의 경우에 부시(18)의 한 단면을 가압하며 부시(18)의 다른 단면을 하우징(12)에 유지시키는, 내연기관용 점화 분배기(10)에 있어서, 상기 부시(18)와, 각각의 디스크(24)의 접속은 상기 디스크(24)의 내부 섹션을 소성 변형에 의해 부시(18)와 분리 불가능하게 접속시키므로써 달성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 점화 분배기(10).
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 디스크(24)의 내부 부위는 상기 부시(18)의 한 단부를 향하여 어깨부(20)에 맞대이며, 어깨부(20)를 내부에 제한하는 부시(18)의 부위로부터 재료의 변형에 의해 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 점화 분배기(10).
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 디스크(24)는 내부 부위가 부시(18)의 축에 대하여 래디얼 방향인 래디얼 평면에 놓인 평평한 디스크로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 점화 분배기(10).
  4. 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 소성 변형이 점이 형태로 발생되는 것을 특징으로 하는 점화 분배기(10).
