Claims (5)
1. 유동개스를 가열하는 단계 상기 가열된 개스를 용매내의 용질 스트림에 근접하게 향하게 하고 상기 개스용질 및 용매의 에어로졸을 형성하는 단계, 건조 고체 입자의 개스 수반 스트림을 형성하도록 연마된 원추형 가열 챔버에서 상기 가열된 습윤 에어로졸을 건조시키는 단계를 포함하는 건조 고체입자 스트림 준비방법.
예정된 농도의 용매내의 용질을 함유하는 공급용액을 준비하는 단계, 상기 공급액과 예열개스의 홉합물을 분무시켜 가열된 습윤 에오로졸운 형성하는 단계, 공급용액의 농도를 기초로한 일관된 농도의 건조 고체 입자의 개스수반 스트림을 제공하도록 연마된 원추형 가열 챔버에서 상기 가열된 습윤 에어로졸을 건조시키는 단계를 포함하는 미세한 크기 및 일정농도의 건조 고체 입자 스트림을 발생시키는 방법.
유동 개스 제공 및 가열수단, 용매내의 용질을 함유한 공급용액 제공수단, 가열된 습윤 에어로졸을 형성하도록 상기 가열된 유동개스와 상기 공급 용액과의 혼합물을 분무시키는 수단, 상기 가열된 습윤 에어로졸이 건조 고체 입자의 개스수반 스트림이 되도록 상기 가열된 습윤 에어로졸을 수용하여 건조시키는 옅마된 원추형건조 챔버수단을 포함하는 건조 에어로졸 밭생기.
용매내의 용질을 함유하는 공급용액 스트림 조절수단, 가열된 습윤 에어로졸을 형성하도루 상기 공급용액 스트림과 가열된 유동 개스를 분무수단, 상기 습윤 가열된 에어로졸을 수용하고 고체 입자의 건조 개스수반 스트림을 제공하는 연마된 원추형 챔버수단을 포함하는 건조 에어로졸 발생기.
예정된 농도의 용매내의 용질을 함유하는 공급용액 준비 단계 가열된 습윤 에어로졸을 형성하도륵 예정된 유량 및 예정된 온도로 유동하는 예열된 유동개스와 상기 공급용액을 분무시키는 단계, 연마된 원추형 가열 챔버에서 상기 가열된 습윤 에어로졸을 건조시키는 단계를 포함하는 예정된 미세한 크기 및 예정된 농도의 건조고체 입자 스트림 준비방법.
