Abstract

PURPOSE: To lessen or remove difference in atomizing condition between products due to the dispersion of parts making up of atomization portion by making movable relatively the feeding pipe through which fogs in the atomization chamber are introduced to the outside and the atomization chamber.
CONSTITUTION: The liquid 8 is sent from the liquid inlet 11 to the conical cylinder 4, then made into the liquid line 15 at the opening 14 by vibration energy of the ultrasonic vibrator 1, and lastly atomized 17 by the action of the feeding air 13 from the feeding air supply opening 12. Because the feed pipe 16 through which the atomized fogs are introduced to the outside of the atomizing chamber 7a is relatively movable with the atomizing chamber 7a, optimum atomizing condition can be obtained by regulating the relative position between the pipe 16 and the chamber 7a even if the atomizing condition is out of predetermined condition due to the dispersion of parts taking part in atomization. Also, the regulation of the atomizing condition can be easily performed even by mass-productive working line.
