Claims (12)

  1. 대부분의 열 교환이 발생되며, 매체(2,3)의 경계층 두께의 약2배를 초과하지 않는 열 교환 표면에 수직하는 연장부(a)를 가지며 박막의 금속 소재(1)로 이루어지는 매체(2,3)용 통로를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 역류 열 교환기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 열 교환 표면 사이에 있는 통로는 필수적으로 적층형태로 설계되었고, 공급 방향으로 좁아지는 공급 통로(9,9')와 방출 방향으로 넓어지는 방출 통로(10,10')가 각 경우에 상기 표면의 한 모서리에 제공된 것을 특징으로 하는 역류 열 교환기.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 박막의 금속 소재(1)는 적층으로 배열되었꼬, 교환 표면은 적층 방향에 비스듬하게 배열되었으며, 공급 및 방출 통로(9,9',10, 10')는 적층 방향으로 서로 겹쳐지지 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 역류 열 교환기.
  4. 제2항 또는 3항에 있어서, 상기 공급 및 방출통로(9,9',10, 10')의 한 측면상에는 교환 표면사이에 있는 통로의 유동 단면적과 동일한 최대 단면적을 가지며, 다른 측면상에는 제로로 좁아지는 단면적을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 역류 열 교환기.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 장치는 동일한 박막의 금속 소재(1)로 구성되며, 상이한 방위를 갖으며 조립될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 역류 열교환기.
  6. 제1항 내지 5항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 교환 표면 사이의 통로는 공급 또는 방출 방향으로 보았을 때 V형 단면적을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 역류 열교환기.
  7. 제1항 내지 6항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 교환 표면은 주름이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 역류 열교환기.
  8. 제3항 내지 5항 및 7항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 적층은 환형으로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 역류 열교환기.
  9. 제1항 내지 8항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 박막의 금속 소재(1)는 서로 용접되는 것을 특징으로 하는 역류 열교환기.
  10. 제1항 내지 8항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 박막의 금속소재(1)는 서로 솔더링 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 역류 열교환기.
  11. 제1항 내지 10항중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 장치는 압력 저항 및 열 절연층(13)으로 덮혀지는 것을 특징으로 하는 역류 열교환기.
  12. 제1항 내지 11항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 장치는 압력 밀착 및 압력 저항 하우징(14)에 배열되었으며, 이 하우징의 내부 공간은 유동하는 매체의 압력을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 역류 열교환기.
