제1도는 약극성 지방질들로 이루어진 리포소옴 구조를 설명하기 위하여 통상적으로 사용된 수단이다. 제2-5도는 본 발명을 연구하고 시험하기 위하여 사용된 리포소옴막 구조중 두개의 지방질 성분들간의 공간배열관계에 관한 설명이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 제1 및 제2 구조형태의 양극성 지방질분자에 있어서, 제1형태의 분자는 직렬로 친수성 머리기를 가지며 그 직렬식배열은 중간위치에(-)전하부분을 가지며 맨끝위치에(+)전하부분을 가지고, 이러한 직렬식 전하 배열에 의해 실제적으로 중화효과전하가 야기되며: 그리고 제2형태의 분자는 직렬식(+)전하의 확장위치미만으로 확장하는 (+)전하의 친수성 머리부분을 가지며 그것에 의해서 중간부분에 위치한 (-)전하는 제2형태 분자에의해 효과적으로 중화되며 맨 끝부분은 주위에 대하여(+)전하를 안출함을 특징으로하는 적어도 제1구조형태 및 제2구조형태의 양극성 지방질 분자로 이루어진 리포소옴.
  2. 제2성분에 캡슐화되거나 또는 제2성에 혼입되는 약물 또는 진단제인 제1성분: 소포 또는 리포소옴형태의 지방질막구조를 구성하는 제2성분: 극성지방질들로 이루어진 막구조, 제1구조형태의 극성 지방질은 (+) 전하를 띠는 맨끝 작용기와 맨끝에 위치한 기를 다른 지방질 말단기에 상호 연결하는 작용기에 의해 성취된 실제적으로 중화결과 및 전하를 가지며, 그 상호 연결기는 (-)전하를 가지며, 그리고 제2구조형태의 극성기는 단지 다른 말단기에 상호연결된 (+)전하를 띤 머리작용기만을 가지며: 그같은 결과에 의해 제2형태의 (+)머리기 및 제1형태의 상호 연결기는 서로 중화되어 제1형태의 맨끝 작용기만이 우세하게 남게됨으로 이루어지는 물질조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 제1형태의 분자는 디스테아로일 레시틴이며 제2형태의 분자는 스테아릴아민인 리포소옴.
  4. 아실부분과 콜린부분 그리고 상호 연결기인 포스파티딜부분을 갖는 제1지방질과(+)전하를 띠는 친수성 머리부분을 갖는 제2지방질의 혼합물 그리고 적어도 약간의 콜레스테롤을 함유하는 혼합물의 나머지에 에너지를 주입하고, 약물 또는 진단물질을 가진 그 리포소옴을 상기 혼합물에 혼입함으로 이루어지는, 혼혈숙주의 뮤우신막에 대하여 친화력을 갖는 닫힌 지방질막으로 특징지워진 리포소옴 구성방법.
