Claims (9)
- 전류 탐지 수단(16)과, 주 시스템 도체내에 흐르는 전류에 비례하는 송출 아날로그 신호와, 그리고 상기 신호(Ⅰ1, Ⅰ2, Ⅰ3, IN)가 전치 한계를 초과할 경우에 상기 신호가 가해지고 회로 차단기 트리핑 명령을 송출하는 전자 처리 장치(20)를 포함하는 3상 주시스템을 보호하기 위해 설계된 전기 회로 차단기의 고체 트립 장치에 있어서, 상기 전자 처리 장치는 고장 형태 탐지 수단을 포함하고, 상기 고장 형태 탐지 수단은 상기 신호를 제1한계(S1)와 비교하는 비교수단(22, 24, 26, 28)과, 상기 신호를 상기 제1한계보다 높은 제2한계(S2)와 비교하는 비교수단(30, 32, 34, 36)과, 최소한 신호의 제1예정수가 상기 제1한계보다 더 낮은 지와 최소한 신호의 상기 제2예정수가 상기 제2한계보다 더 높은 지를 결정하는 수단(38, 40, D1, D2)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 트립장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고장 형태 탐지 수단이 상기 제1수가 2이고 상기 제2수가 1일 때 단상고장을 나타내는 신호(A)를 송출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 트립장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 주 시스템이 중성을 가진 주 시스템이고, 상기 제1수가 3이고 상기 제2수가 1일 때 상기 고장형태 탐지수단이 단상고장을 나타내는 신호(A)를 송출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 트립장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, In은 정격회로 차단기 전류이고, 제1한계(S1)가 1.5In정도이고, 제2한계(S2)가 5In정도인 것을 특징으로 하는 트립장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 주 시스템이 중성을 가진 3상 시스템이고, 상기 제1 및 제2수가 모두 2일 때 상기 고장형태 탐지수단이 2개의 직렬극 형태 고장을 나타내는 신호(A)를 송출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 트립장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 전자 처리 장치가 측정 신호가 전치 한계를 초과했을 때 접지 고장 보호기능을 수행하는 수단과 접지 고장 보호의 감도를 줄이는 수단을 포함하고, 고장 형태 탐지수단으로부터의 출력신호(A)가 2개의 직렬극 형태고장을 나타낼때 상기 감각수단을 억제하는 것을 특징으로 하는 트립장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, In이 정격회로 차단기 전류이고, 제한계(S1)가 In정도이고, 제2한계(S2)가 2 또는 3In정도인 것을 특징으로 하는 트립장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전자처리장치(20)가 마이크로 프로세서 내장장치에 의해 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 트립장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1한계에 대한 신호 비교수단이 연산 증폭기(22, 24, 27, 28)의 제1열에 의해 구성되고, 각 연상증폭기가 이들의 비 변환 입력상에는 주 시스템 도체 중의 하나에 흐르는 전류를 나타내는 신호(Ⅰ1, Ⅰ2, Ⅰ3, IN)를 받고 그리고 이들의 변환 입력상에는 상기 제1한계(S1)를 나타내는 신호를 받고, 상기 연산 증폭기의 출력(A1∼A4)이 각각 저항(R1∼R4)에 의해서 제1연산 증폭기(38)의 변환 입력(B1)에 연결되고 그리고 저항(R9)에 의해 공급전압(Vcc)에 연결되고, 상기 제1연산 증폭기(38)가 비 변환 입력상에, 최소한 제1열의 증폭기 출력(A1∼A4) 의 상기 제1예정수가 논리 레벨 0에 있을 때 출력(A9)이 논리 레벨 1이 되도록 결정된 제1기준(S3)을 공급받고, 연산증폭기의 제2열(30, 32, 34, 36)각각이 비변환 입력상에, 주 시스템 도체중의 하나에 흐르는 전류를 나타내는 신호(Ⅰ1, Ⅰ2, Ⅰ3, IN)를 받고 그리고 변환 입력상에, 상기 제2한계(S2)를 나타내는 신호를 받고, 제2열증폭기의 출력(A5∼A8)이 각각 저항(R5∼R8)에 의해 제2연산증폭시(40)의 비변환 입력(B2)에 연결되고 그리고 저항(R10)에 의해서 공급전압(Vcc)에 연결되고, 상기 제2연산 증폭기(40)의 비변환 입력상에, 최소한 제2열의 증폭기 출력(A5∼A8)의 상기 제2예정수가 논리 레벨 1에 있을 때 출력(A10)이 논리 레벨 1이 되도록 결정된 제2기준 전압(S4)을 공급받고, 제1 및 제2연산 증폭기(38, 40)의 출력(A9, A10)이 각각 제1 및 제2다이오우드(D1, D2)의 음극에 연결되고 그리고 상기 다이오드들의 양극이 고장 형태 탐지수단의 출력(A)에 연결되며 저항(R11)에 의해서 공급 전압(Vcc)에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 트립장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
