Claims (9)
- (1)정확한 예정량의 세틸트리메틸암모늄 브로마이드 용액을 칭량된 카본 블랙의 시료에 첨가하는 공정. (2) 시료를 용액에 분산시켜서 세틸트리메틸암모늄 브로마이드의 일부를 카본 블랙상에 흡착시키는 공정. (3)세틸트리메틸암모늄 브로마이드의 기준 용액을 측정 루우프를 거쳐 흐르게 함으로써, 이 루우프에서 기준 용액 중의 예정량을 측정하는 공정. (4)측정 루우프에서 예정량의 기준 용액을 곧바로 고압 액체 크로마토그래피 칼럼으로 보내어서 세틸트리메틸암모늄과 용액을 분리시키는 공정. (5)크로마토그래피 기준 피크를 발생시킴으로써 용액에서 세틸트리메틸암모늄 브로마이드를 직접 측정하는 공정. (6)카본 블랙 시료의 분산물을 용기 밖으로 배출시켜 필터를 함유하는 카트리지를 예정된 시간 동안 곧바로 거치게 함으로써, 카본블랙을 함유하지 않은 여과액을 제조하는 공정. (7)필터에서 여과액을 곧바로 측정 루우프를 통해 보내어서 여과액중의 예정량을 측정하는 공정. (8)측정 루우프에서 예정량의 여과액을 곧바로 고압 액체 크로마토그래피 칼럼중으로 보냄으로써 여과액의 잔류물에서 세틸트리메틸암모늄 브로마이드를 분리하는 공정. (9) 크로마토그래픽 여과액 피크를 발생시킴으로써 여과액에서 세틸트리메틸암모늄 브로마이드를 직접 측정하는 공정 및 (10)식,(여기서 K' 및 K"는 보정상수이고, R은 크로마토그래프로 측정한 여과액의 피크면적 크로마토그래프로 측정한 기준 CTAB용액의 피크 면적의 비이며, W는 카본 블랙 시료의 무게이고, M은 카본 블랙 시료중의 수분%임)에 의해 카본 블랙의 비기공 표면적을 측정하는 공정으로 이루어지는 다공성 카본 블랙의 비기공 표면적의 측정방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 분산물을 3분간 필터를 통해 보내는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 고압 액체 크로마토그래피 칼럼 중으로 보내어진 여과액의 예정량이 0.05ml인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 필터의 온도가 조절되고 예정된 온도에서 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 온도가 22°내지 25℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 온도가 23.5℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- (1)분산물을 유지하기 위한 용기, (2) 분산물을 용기 밖으로 배출시키기 위한 장치 (3) 여과액을 형성하기 위한 분산물 여과용 용기를 갖는 유체 흐름 기관중의 온도 조절 필터. (4) 여과액의 일정량을 측정하기 위한 필터를 갖는 유체 흐름 기관중의 측정 루우프. (5) 여과액의 잔류물에서 세틸트리메틸암모늄 브로마이드를 분리하기 위한 측정 루우프를 갖는 유체 흐름 기관중의 고압 액체 크로마토그래피 칼럼. (6)분리된 세틸트리메틸암모늄 브로마이드의 양을 정량적으로 감지하는 검출기 및 (7)검출기에서 감지된 세틸트리메틸암모늄 브로마이드의 양과 상관되는 카본에 의해 흡착된 세틸트리메틸암모늄 브로마이드의 양을 측정하는 적분기로 구성되는 세틸트리메틸암모늄 브로마이드-카본 블랙 분산물 중의 카본 블랙에 의해 흡착된 세틸트리메틸암모늄 브로마이드의 양을 자동적으로 측정하는 밀폐 시스템.
- 제7항에 있어서, 분산물을 용기 밖으로 배출시키기 위한 장치가 용기를 갖는 유체 흐름 기관 중의 압력원(源)인 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
- 제7항에 있어서, 필터가 1회용인 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
