Claims (4)

  1. 회전축을 거쳐서 회전가능한 회전부분의 회전각을 무접촉식으로 측정하는 측정 장치이며, 원통형 코일 유지체가 설치되어 있으며, 상기 코일 유지체가 주위 방향에 있어서 서로 동등한 원주각 만큼 엇갈려 배치되고 있어서 코일 유지체 축선에 대해서 평행인 축선을 구비한 적어도 2개의 센서 코일을 가지고 있으며, 회전부분에 견고하게 결합되어 있는 도전성 및/또는 강자성 재료제의 슬리브체가 설치되어 있으며, 상기 슬리브체가 센서 코일을 구비한 센서 유지체를 반경 방향의 유격을 남기고 에워싸고 있으며 주위 방향으로 연장되어 있는 비도전성의 적어도 1개의 구역을 가지고 있으며, 상기 구역의 길이가 센서 코일을 수에 의해서 분할된 슬리브체의 전체 주위에 거의 동등한 형식의 것에 있어서, 슬리브체(18)가 단면에서 상기 슬리브체와 일체인 동축적인 삽입핀(23)을 가지고 있고, 상기 삽입판이 회전축 단부(10)에의 감합 결합적인 삽입을 위해 삽입 구멍(24)을 가지고 있으며, 슬리브체(18)가 반경방향 유격을 가지고 케이싱 포트(11)에 의해서 에워싸여 있으며, 상기 케이싱 포트의 바닥으로부터 그 케이싱과 일체인 코일 유지체(12)가 동축적으로 돌출하고 있으며, 케이싱 포트(12)의 가장자리부에 회전부분을 수용하는 케이싱과의 결합을 위해 고정 플랜지(19)가 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전각을 측정하는 측정 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 감합 결합되는 삽입구멍(24)과, 그 삽입구멍에 삽입되는 회전축 단부가 서로 상보 형상으로 구성되어 있고, 회전부분이 0위치를 차지하고 있는 경우에 슬리브체(14)가 비도전성의 구역(22)과 인접된 2개의 센서 코일(13, 14)을 각각 동등한 크기의 구분으로 덮는 회전 위치를 차지하도록 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전각을 측정하는 측정장치.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 케이싱 포트(11)가 센서코일(13, 14)의 권선 단부와 도관 접속된 다극의 접속 플러그(17)를 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전각을 측정하는 측정장치.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 고정 플랜지(19)가 고정나사를 삽입하기 위해서 서로 동등한 원주각 만큼 이탈된 복수개의 관통공(20, 21)을 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전각을 측정하는 측정장치.
