Claims (7)

  1. 첫단계에서 마이코플라즈마에 유효한 항생제로 처리하고 다음 단계에서 6-메틸푸린 데옥시리보사이드로 처리함을 특징으로하여, 마이코플라즈마를 함유하는 세포 배양물의 오염을 제거하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 사용된 항생제가 티아무린 및 미노사이클린인 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 6-메틸푸린 데옥시리보사이드가 50μM의 최종농도로 사용된 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 항생제 처리후 6-메틸푸린 데옥시리보사이드로 단일-클론배양물을 처리하는 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 한항에 따른 방법에 의해 생성된 마이코플라즈마-비함유 세포 배양물.
  6. 마이코플즈마-비함유 세포 배양물 제조를 위한, 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법의 용도.
  7. 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 오염제거된 세포주가 사람 또는 동물로부터 유도된 방법.
