Claims (3)

  1. 동화의 화상 데이타를 압축하고, 이 데이타 압축한 화상 데이타를 콘벌루션 부호와 하고, 이 콘벌루션 부호화한 데이타를 전송로에 송출함과 더불어, 상기 데이타 압축시의 압축을 및 상기 콘벌루션 부호화시의 부호화율을 상기 전송로로 송출되는 데이타의 전송 속도가 일정으로 되는 조합이며, 또한, 상기 콘벌루션 부호화에 의한 부호화 이득이,상기 전송로의 전송 조건에 의해서 필요로 되는 이득이 되게 선택해서 상기 화상 데이타의 전송을 행하도록한 화상 데이타의 전송 방법.
  2. 동화의 화상 데이타를 데이타 압축하는 데이타 압축 회로와, 이 데이타 압축한 화상 데이타를 콘벌루션 부호화하는 콘벌루션 부호 회로와, 이 콘벌루션 부호 화한 데이타를 전송로에 송출하는 회로를 가지며, 상기 데이타 압축 회로의 압축율 및 상기 콘벌류션 부호 회로의 부호화율울 상기 전송로로 송출되는 데이타의 전송 속도가 일정이 되는 조합이며, 또한, 상기 콘벌류션 부호화 회로의 부호와 이득이, 상기 전송로의 전송 조건에 의해서 필요로 되는 이득이 되게 선택해서 상기 회상 데이타의 전송을 행하도록한 하상 데이타의 전송장치.
