Claims (1)

  1. 비데오 카메라(2)의 출력이 아날로그 디지탈 콘버터(3)를 통하여 화상메모리부(4)에 저장되게 구성시킨 회로에 있어서, 블럭 부호화부(5)에서 블럭 코딩을 행하고 DCT계산부(6)의 출력이 DCT계수 메모리부(7)에 저장되게 구성시킨 후 DCT계수분포 분류부(8)를 통하여 블럭패턴 코드가 발생되게 구성시키어 RLC부(9)를 통하여 전송되게한 전화기용 화상 송신 시스템.
