Claims (1)

  1. 화상 전화기에 있어서, 상대방의 얼굴이나 도면 및 자료등의 피사체를 영상 데이터로 취득할 수 있는 영상 취득부(10)와, 전송에 따른 사용자의 코드 변환 명령 및 작용 제어키를 입력할 수 있는 제어키부(20)와, 각 시스템 제어 프로그램을 내장하여 상기 영상취득부(10)로부터 송수신 데이터와 영상 데이터를 저장하는 베모리부(30)와, 상기 메모리(30)의 발생 영상 데이터를 표시하도록 제어하고 디스플레이 하는 영상 표시 제어 및 영상 표시부(840)와, 일반 공중선을 통해 전화통화나 상대방 화상 코드 신호를 송수신할 수 있는 전화기 및 모뎀부(50)와, 영상 취득부(10)와 전화기 및 모뎀부(50)로부터 화상신로를 받아 메모리부(30)의 프로그램에 의해 DCT와 RLC로 복호 및 부호화 하고 각부를 제어하며 화상 및 음성 정보를 송수신할 수 있도록 하는 중앙처리장치(60)와. 화상입력 유무 및 예약 모드나 DCT의 상태를 상기 중앙처리장치(60)로부터 받아 전체를 제어하도록 하는 전체 제어부(70)와, 일정시간의 인터럽터 신호를 발생하는 시계부(80)로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 화상 전화기 시스템.
