Claims (5)

  1. 데이타로 기억되는 프로그램 지시를 포함하는 ROM영역과, 복수의 그룹(A;B:C)으로 배치되는 메모리 수단(415,425,435)의 복수 메모리 위치와, 상기 그룹의 각 개시 위치(AO,BO,CO)의 어드레스를 구비하는 데이타(440)를 포함하는 메모리 수단(400,410,415,420,425,435,440,450)과, RAM영역(420)과, 상기ROM 및 RAM영역에 결합된 제어 수단(100)을 구비하며, 메모리 소자를 어드레스하기 위해 원격 제어 유닛에 사용되기 위한 장치에 있어서, 상기 제어 수단은 데이타로 기억되는 상기 프로그램 지시를 상기 ROM영역(450)으로부터 판독하며, 상기 프로그램 지시를 상기 RAM영역(420)에 기억시키며, 실행 가능지시를 형성하기 위해 상기 그룹의 상기 각각의 개시어드레스를 기억시킴으로 상기 RAM영역(420)에 기억된 상기 데이타를 변형시키며, 상기 그룹(415,425,435)의 상기 메모리 위치를 억세스하기 위해 상기 지시를 상기 RAM영역(420)에서 실행시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 메모리 소자를 어드레스하기 위한 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 복수 그룹 각각(415,425,435)은 각각의 다른 수의 메모리 위치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 메모리 소자를 어드레스하기 위한 장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 복수 그룹의 한정수는128인 것을 특징으로 하는 메모리 소자를 어드레스하기 위한 장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 복수 그룹의 한정수는256인 것을 특징으로 하는 메모리 소자를 어드레스하기 위한 장치.
  5. 메모리 소자를 어드레스하기 위한 방법에 있어서, 데이타로 기억되는 프로그램 지시를 제1메모리 영역(450)으로부터 판독하며, 상기 프로그램 지시를 제2메모리 영역(420)에 기억시키며, 열 및 행으로 배치되는 메모리위치(415,425,435)의 매트릭스의 열 어드레스를 제3메모리 영역(440)으로부터 판독하며, 실행 가능 지시를 형성하기 위해 상기 열의 상기 어드레스를 기억시킴으로 상기 제2메모리 영역(420)에 기억된 상기 데이타를 변형시키며, 상기 매트릭의 상기 메모리 위치를 억세스하기 위해 상기, 제2메모리 영역(420)에서 상기 지시를 실행하는 단계를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 메모리 소자를 어드레스하기 위한 방법.
