제1도는 본원 발명의 제1의 실시예에 의한 왜곡검출기의 구성도,

제3도(a),(b)는 본원 발명의 제2의 실시예에 의한 왜곡 검출기의 자기회로도 및 전기적 등가회로도.

Claims (4)

  1. 외력을 받는 수동축과, 수동축의 외주연상에 고착된 고투자율 연자성의 자성층과, 자성층의 주위에 갭을 두고 배설되며, 자성층의 상기 외력에 따른 왜곡에 의한 투자율변화를 검출하는 검출코일과, 자성층과 검출코일 사이의 갭에 배설된 비자성 고도전율의 금속층을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 왜곡검출기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금곡층의 축방향 길이를 검출코일의 축방향 길이보다 짧게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 왜곡검출기.
  3. 외력을 받는 수동축과, 고투자율 연자성재로 이루어지며, 수동축의 주위에 고착된 자성층과, 자성층의 주위에 배설되고, 자성층의 상기 외력에 따른 왜곡에 의한 투자율 변화를 검출하는 검출코일을 구비한 왜곡검출기에 있어서, 상기 검출코일을 동일축의 2분할 구성으로 하고, 각 분할부분에 동일방향의 전류를 흐르게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 왜곡검출기.
  4. 외력을 받는 수동축과, 고투자율 연자성재로 이루어지며, 수동축의 주위에 고착된 자성층과, 자성층의 주위에 배설되고 자성층의 상기 외력에 따른 왜곡에 의한 투자율변화를 검출하는 검출코인을 구비한 왜곡검출기에 있어서, 상기 검출코일을 양단부가 조밀하고 중간부가 넓게 되도록 감은 것을 특징으로 하는 왜곡 검출기.
