제1도는 2중유동통로를 제공하는 배플(baffle)을 지닌 분리 열교환기의 4개의 포켓(pocket) 및 그것에 연결된 매니폴드 블록(manifold block)의 분해 및 절단 사시도,
제2도는 각기의 포켓에 두개의 평행 배플로 제조된 3중 통과 유동을 보여주는 제1도와 유사한 분해도,
제3도는 제1도에 도시된 위치를 차지하고 각기의 포켓을 통해 4중 통과를 제공하는데 필요한 배플의 배열을 보여주며 제2도에서 메니폴드를 생략한 사시도.

Claims (9)

  1. 스택(stack)의 한쪽 코너(corner)구역에서의 유체 흡입구(15)와 스택의 다른쪽 코너구역에서의 유체 배출구(16) 사이에 각기 뻗어있으며 평행 통로(73,74)를 포함하는 굽이진 유동경로(13,14)를 따라 포켓(Pocket)을 통해 유체의 유동을 유도하는 배플(5,6)을 포함하는 평행 포켓(1) 스택을 지니는 분리열교환기로서, 이웃하는 포켓내의 통로들은 공유 표면에 상호간 평행으로 배치 되있으며 스텍와 교대 포켓을 통과하는 유체유동경로는 스택의 포켓을 통과하는 유체유동경로에 대해 역류이며, 근접스택측부중 한쪽 측부의 코너구역은 스택의 고대 포켓과 연통하는 유체 읍입구(15)라인으로 형성되있으며 상기와 같은 코너구역의 다른 근접스텍 측부는 스택의 나머지 포켓들과 연통하는 유체 배출구(16)라인으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열 교환기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 코너구역이 스택의 대가선 대면 코너(제4도)에 제각기 배치되어 있는 열교환기.
  3. 제1항 내지 2항에 있어서, 스택의 교대포켓의 두개의 유동통로들이 스택의 한쪽 측부에서 공동의 유체 선회챔버(55, 60)로 개방되어 있는 열 교환기.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 유체 선회 챔버(56)가 물 스프레이(57)를 포함하며 스택상부에 배치되있으며, 제2유체 선회 챔버(60)가 스택 하부에 배치되있고 상부를 향하는 제2물 스프레이(61)를 포함하고, 스프레이로부터 분무된 물을 제거하는 수단을 지니는 열교환기.
  5. 선행항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 스택은 스택의 대면단부들 사이에 뻗어있는 두개이상의 성곽형 포일(101, 102, 103)로 형성되있으며, 각기의 포켓(1)이 상이한포일(101, 102, 103)의 각기부분으로 형성되도록 이웃포일의 성과부(제8도)에 대해 엇갈려지는 열교환기.
  6. 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 스택은 스택의 대면단부사이에 뻗어있으며 굽이진 방식으로 후방 및 전방으로 접혀진 단일 포일로 형성되며, 포일은 윈도우(33)를 지니며 포켓내에 배플(5, 6)을 제공하는 측벽을 포함하는 채널 구성부(32)로 형성되는 열교환기.
  7. 제1항 내지 4항 또는 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 배플(5, 6)의 위치에 평행 접힘부가 제공되 있는 포일인 열교환기.
  8. 선행항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 포켓들을 분리하는 포일구획(8)들이 반대방향으로 연속적으로 굽혀져 교대포켓의 한쪽 측부를 페쇄하도록 함께 접합된 여분의 확장부(9)를 지지는 열교환기.
  9. 선행항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 포켓의 대면측부들을 형성하는 포일 구획(8)은 짧은부분 및 긴부분을 횡방향으로 제공하는 슬리트(silt)인 여분의 확장부(7)를 지니며, 각기 확장부(7)의 두부분은 포켓 평면에 대해 수직인 반대방향으로 제 각기 굽혀지며, 짧은부분은 스택내의 교대포켓의 한쪽 측부와 부분적으로 함께 폐쇄되며, 긴부분은 스택의 나머지 포켓의 동일측부를 부분적으로 폐쇄하도톡 함께 접 합됨으로써 함께 접합된 단부들 사이의 공간이 택의 교대포켓과 연통하는 개구부열(row)을 제공하는(제2도) 열교환기.
