Claims (15)
- 세라믹 공작재료에 융해 금속이 침투되는 세라믹-금속 복합공작재료의 제조 방법에 있어서, 모든 세라믹 공작재료가 다층으로 구성되고, 층의 두께가 10-150㎛이고, 5-14%의 열린 기공률과5-30%의 전체 기공률에서 평균기공 반경이 100-1000nm이고, 융해 금속이 출발 기공률과 관련하여 0.1-10%의 잔여 기공 체적까지 기공 체적내로 채워짐으로 특징으로 하는 세라믹-금속 복합공작재료의 제조방법.
- 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 다공질 세라믹 공작재료가 유제 안정화된 플라스마 분류 속에서 기체(氣滯)위에 세라믹 입자가 사출됨으로써 제조됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 선행하는 청구범위항들의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 입자들이 출발상태에 있어서 d50=20-180㎛의 평균 직경을 가지며 기체 위에 사출시킨 후에 5보다 큰 형태 인자를 가진 너무 긴 입자들이 평평하게 됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 선행하는 청구범위항들의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 세라믹 공작재료가 플라스마 사출 동안에 100-500℃의 온도로 유지됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 선행하는 청구범위항들의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 세라믹 공작재료가 침투되기 전에 융해 금속의 온도보다 높은 온도로 미리 가열됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 선행하는 청구범위항들의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 융해 금속의 온도가 금속 및 금속 합금의 용융점을 넘어 100-200℃임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 선행하는 청구범위항들의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 융해 금속에 적심을 촉진하고/또는 점성을 낮추는 물질이 첨가됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 선행하는 청구범위항들의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 점성을 낮추고 적심을 성향을 개선하기 위해 A1 합금의 경우 다음의 물질이 첨가됨을 특징으로 하는 방법;비스무트, 안티몬, 스트론튬, 베릴륨, 나트륨, 칼륨, 리튬.
- 선행하는 청구범위항들의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유체 안정화된 플라스마 분류 속에서 기체(氣滯)위에 세라믹 입자가 사출되는 동안에 입자의 크기가 d50=20㎛의 출발값에서 100㎛ 이상의 d50의 최종값까지 그리고, 그역으로 변함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 선행하는 청구범위항들의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 플라스마 사출에 의해 제조된 세라믹 공작재료가 금속의 융해 온도까지 가일된 닫힌 형(form) 내로 주입되고 배기되고, 압력하에 있는 융해 금속에 의해 5-60초 이내에 침투됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 선행하는 청구범위항들의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 융해 금속이 알루미늄 또는 Al 합금으로 구성되고 복합체가 침투후에 200℃/h의 속도로 냉각됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 선행하는 청구범위항들의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 융해 금속이 강철 또는 회색 주철로 구성되고 복합체가 침투후에 100℃/h의 속도로 냉각됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 청구범위 1항에서 9항까지에 있어서, 복합체 제조를 위한 사출과정 종료후에 적어도 한 층의 금속 공작재료가 세라믹 기본 공작재료에 코팅되고 그 다음에 세라믹 체의 온도를 증가시킴으로써 코팅된 금속이 융해되고 다공질 세라믹 공작재료 내로 침투됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 청구범위 1-13에 있어서, 점성조절과 복합체의 금속/세라믹 체적비율의 조절을 통해 공작재료의 특성을 콘트롤하기 위한 방법의 응용.
- 청구범위 1-14에 있어서, 복합체의 굽힘강도, 연성, 탄성 계수, 경도를 콘트롤하기 위한 방법의 응용.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
