Claims (8)

  1. 폴리비닐알코올안정화 유화중합체로 구성되는 목재가공용 접착제에 있어서, 상기 중합체는 2단계 중합과정으로 제조되며, 제1단계는 + 10∼40℃의 범위내의 Tg를 갖는 폴리비닐아세테이트 공중합체로 구성되고, 제2단게는 +50-120℃의 Tg를 갖는 메틸 메타크릴레이트 공중합체로 구성되며, 제1중합체 대 제2중합체의 비율은 10 : 1∼10 : 6의 범위에서 가변되는 것을 특징으로 하는 목재가공용 접착제.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 2단계의 중합체는80∼120℃의 Tg를 가지고, 제1단계중합체 대 제2단계중합체의 비율이 10 : 3∼10 : 4의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 목재가공용 접착제.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리비닐알코올은 유탁액의 총량에 대해 0.05∼4중량%의 양으로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 목재가공용 접착제.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 하나 또는 두단계에 하나 또는 2개의 프리-가교단량체 또는 포스트-가교단량체가 부가적으로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 목재가공용 접착제.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 유화중합체에는 그 유화중합체의 단량체 100부에 대하여 3∼6탄소원자를 갖는 알케노산 또는 알케네디오산이 4중량부까지 부가적으로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 목재가공용 접착제.
  6. 폴리비닐알코올안정화유화중합체로 구성되는 목재가공용 접착제에 있어서, 상기 중합체는 2단계 중합과정으로 제조되며, 제1단계는 +30∼40℃의 범위 내의 Tg를 갖는 폴리비닐아세테이트 N-메틸올아크릴아미드 공중합체로 구성되고, 제2단계는 + 100∼ +120℃의 Tg를 갖는 메틸메라크릴레이트-N-메틸올아크릴아미드-트리알릴시아누레이트 공중합체로 구성되며, 제1중합체 대 제2중합체의 비율은 10 : 3∼10 : 4 범위내에서 가변되는 것을 특징으로 하는 목재가공용 접착제.
  7. 폴리비닐알코올안정화유화중합체로 구성되는 목재가공용 접착제에 있어서, 상기 중합체는 2단계 중합과정으로 제조되며, 제1단계는 + 10∼40℃의 범위 내에 Tg를 갖는 폴리비닐아세테이트를 공중합체로 구성되고, 2단계는 +50∼+120℃의 Tg를 갖는 메틸메타크릴레이트중합체로 구성되며, 제1중합체 대 제2중합체의 비율은 10 : 1∼10 : 6의 범위내에서 가변되고, 유화중합체는 포름알데히드수지와 B단계 페놀수지 및 융해산으로 이루어진 종류에서 선택된 최소한 1종 조합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 목재가공용 접착제.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 접착제의 100g당 등가인 0.003∼0.12g양으로 산성의 금속염경화제가 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 목재가공용 접착제.
