제2도는 형상램과 역 받침대 사이에 배열된, 성형된 작용부를 갖는 구동기구의 베이스판의 절단부를 도시한 단면도,
제3도는 변형 취입이 실행된 후 얻어진 인위적인 간극을 갖는 제2도에 따른 단면을 도시한 도시도.

Claims (11)

  1. 함께 일체 형성된 플래스틱 브리쥐(c)로 개구부(34)를 통해 연결된 2개의 판 표면상의 플래스틱 보유부(a, b)에 의해 하나이상의 판 개구부(34)의 영역에 각기 유지되는 플래스틱 사출성형(아웃서트 몰딩) 플래스틱 작용부에 의해 형성되어 있는 금속의 로드-베어링판(2)을 갖는 자기테이프나 디스크 같은 정보 캐리어를 이동시키기 위한 전기기 구동기구에 있어서, 개구부의 모서리(d)를 중복하고 있는 플래스틱 보유부(a,b)의 일부분(e)은 일부분를 변형시키는 것에 의해 사출성형 작동 후에 얻어지고 사출성형 작동후 자연적으로 얻어진 간극보다 큰 간극을 갖는 판의 중복 부분(d)을 둘러싸고 있고, 판(2)에 관련된 대응 작용부(22,36)의 이동성은 슬라이딩 베어링의 이동성과 일치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기구.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 개구부는 길이방향 슬롯의 형상을 갖고, 플래스틱 보유부(a, b)와 커넥팅 플래스틱 브리쥐(c)는 길이방향 슬롯(23)의 길이부분만을 중복하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 기구.
  3. 플래스틱 사출성형(22,34)이 몰드로부터 제거된 후, 변형 취입이 판의 중복부(d)와 이격되어 중복된 플래스틱 보유부(e)를 취입하는 동안 판의 성형물에 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 기구에서 금속판에 관련하여 작용부(22,34)를 형성하는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 변형 취입은 몰드에서 제거되기 전에 성형물이 사출 몰드에 잔유하는 동안 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 기구에서 금속판에 관련하여 작용부(22,34)를 형성하는 방법.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 변형 취입은 몰드에서 제거된 후 즉시 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 기구에서 금속판에 관련하여 작용부(22,34)를 형성하는 방법.
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 변형 취입은 새로운 재가열 후 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 기구에서 금속판에 관련하여 작용부(22,34)를 형성하는 방법.
  7. 제3항에 있어서, 사출 몰드에 의존하여, 변형 취입은 작업물이 냉각되는 동안 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 기구에서 금속판에 관련하여 작용부(22,34)를 형성하는 방법.
  8. 합체된 플래스틱 보유부(a,b) 주변의 판이 역 받침대(27) 위에 얹혀 있는 동안 작용부(22,34)에 대해 압축되는 형상램(28, 28a, 28b)이 제공된 것을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 제3항에 따른 방법을 실행하기 위한 장치.
