제2도는 종래의 출구 밸브 하우징용으로 사용하는 장방형 리세스(recess) 형태를 도시하며, 제1도의 화살표 X쪽을 향한 이차 베어링으로 나타낸 실린더 돌출벽에 대한 부분평면도,
제3도는 제1도의 선III-III을 자른 확대 횡단면도로서, 밸브 날개깃 및 날개깃 사이의 백스톱(backstop)을 도시한 확대 횡단면도,
제4도는 제2도와 유사하나, 본 발명에 따라 구성되는 장방형 리세스 윤곽을 나타내는 평면도,
제5도는 제4도의 선 V-V를 자른 확대 횡단면도로서, 특히 날개깃 및 백스톱의 상대적인 위치를 나타내는 확대 횡단면도,
제6도는 제4도의 선 VI-VI을 자른 종단면도,
제7도는 제6도와 유사하나, 날개깃 및 백스톱의 상대적 위치를 도시한 종단면도.
Claims (6)
- 실린더 블록 및 두 개의 마주한 돌출벽을 명확히 나타내는 실린더내에 부착한 로울링 피스톤, 상기 돌출벽과 출구밸브가 부착된 날개 내부로 구성된 장방형 리세스가 제공된 고리형 밸브 시이트를 명확히 나타내는 출구끝 및 실린더의 가스 배출구 중 하나가 제공된 로울링 피스톤 회전 압축기용 출구 밸브에 있어서, 밸브 시이트 주위를 둘러싼 상기 장방형 리세스(24)면은 각각의 곡면(24a,25a)를 통해, 장방형 리세스(24) 주위를 둘러싼 측벽면 및/또는 밸브 시이트(23)의 주변벽과 함께 접합시킨 하부벽(25,25c)를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 로울링 피스톤 회전 압축기용 출구 밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 밸브 시이트(23) 주위를 둘러싼 장방형 리세스(24)의 하부 벽(25c)가 오목형태임을 특징으로 하는 로울링 피스톤 회전 압축기용 출구 밸브.
- 제1항 또는 2항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 밸브 시이트(23) 주위를 둘러싼 방방형 리세스(24)의 측벽이 밸브 시이트(23)의 주면 모서리 직경의 대략 3/4보다 작지 않은 상기 밸브 시이트(23)의 주변 모서리에 방사상 공간을 보유함을 특징으로 하는 로울링 피스톤 회전 압축기용 출구 밸브.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 방사상 공간이 밸브 시이트(23)과 마주한 측면적으로 부터 날개짓 세로축(30)에 제공된 장방형 리세스의 측면벽을 향해 증가함을 특징으로 하는 로울링 피스톤 회전 압축기용 출구 밸브.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 방사상 공간이 실질적으로 타원형태로 증가함을 특징으로 하는 로울링 피스톤 회전 압축기용 출구 밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 주 및 이차 베어링으로 지탱되는 크랭크 축에 부착된 로울링 피스톤에서, 장방형 리세스(24)가 상기 베어링중 하나의 축방향 측면에 제공됨을 특징으로 하는 로울링 피스톤 회전 압축기용 출구 밸브.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
