제1도는 본 발명이 사용되는 공정을 도식화한 것이고,
제2도는 본 발명에 사용되는 후처리제 부가기를 나타내는 동축 단면도를 도시한 것이며,
제3도는 제2도의 부가기 부위의 부분적 정면도를 도시한 것이고,
제3A도는 제2도의 부위의 확대도를 도시한 것이며,
제4도는 제2도의 평면도를 도시한 것이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 사가 슬롯을 통해 통과하면서 슬롯의 바닥면과 접촉되는 슬롯 사-후처리제 부가기에서, 슬롯이 입구와 출구를 가지며, 사와 바닥면 사이에 상대운동이 존재하고, 슬롯에는 후처리제가 바닥면에서 계량되는 통로가 장착되어 있으며, 통로근처 부위로부터 출구근처 부위로 연장되는 바닥면 부위는 그 부위의 약 25 내지 50%에 걸쳐 균일하게 분포된 다수의 침강부위를 가지며, 나머지 부위는 사-접촉면을 형성하는 슬롯 사-후처리제 부가기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 침강부위의 깊이가 약 1 내지 약 2mil인 사-후처리제 부가기.
  3. 후처리제가 표면으로 계량되는 통로가 장착되어 있고, 표면의 약 25 내지 약 50%에 걸쳐 균일하게 분포된 다수의 침강부위를 갖는 표면과 사사 접촉하는 고정된 사-후처리제 부가기.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 침강부위의 깊이가 약 1 내지 약 2mil인 사-후처리제 부가기.
  5. 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 각각의 침강부위가 사-접촉면에 대해 사실상 평행인 바닥평면을 갖는 슬롯 사-후처리제 부가기.
